Wouldn't recommend. Didn't properly refund my money after they were lacking on staff in December and now couldn't even provide a 10cent mask for those 3m from the entrance to the testing booth. Went to the next testing place in 7grad and got a mask and the test done in seconds.

First of all, it was unbelievably painful (I have had several PCR- and Schnell-Tests, this one was by far the worst). Secondly, they ruined my sample - several hours before the departure I received an e-mail saying, sorry, something went wrong - here is your Gutschein for next time. They actually waited until the last moment to tell me that my sample cannot be tested. I missed my flight, lost a lot of nerves and one day of my vacation. They are no way to be contacted. Really - NOT POSSIBLE.

Two stars go to the lovely people who helped me today to retrieve my Guscheincode. That went really fast!

Terrible! No results received on email for Next Day RPT Labor Test even past 24 hours. We are supposed to fly in a few hours!! Pure panic! What is one supposed to do?
Received the results just 3 hours before departure after several emails and enquiries on website.

Horrible stay away. You book and appointment at 3PM you end up in a queue for 45minutes because the owners of the test center only decided to have one employee there. I even feel sorry for the poor guy. Stay away!

Testzentrum ist im UG vom Bosch Arena genau gegenüber vom REWE. Es gibt aus eine Parkgarge. Ca. 5min vom Berliner Platz weck.
