*Sept 2020 Update* THEY STILL DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES OR KNIFES BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. I saw, today tuna get spread from one sandwich to another. I give up on this place...

*Edit: Mold was found on the food, see pictures.* They do not change gloves when handling seafood and regular food (people with allergies beware). This has been going on since they opened. The price is at about a 20% premium from what it is in the states.

Still a little slow as the staff becomes more experienced but the new design and seating are is comfortable.

Sanitation is an issue in this establishment, unfortunately. The workers do NOT change their gloves in order to save time during the lunch rush hour. The last few days I've tried going in, but was greeted with the scene of a sandwich artist dripping sweat as he placed vegetables on customer's sandwiches. I turned and walked out. Not only is the sight of a sweaty face not appetizing neither is watching the sweat drops fall unto the food.

Last summer when the bees were swarming in droves, I'd witness another sandwich artist take his hat off and swing it over the meat trying to catch the bees. Hair, dead skin, dandruffs, and whatever else mixed in with meat? Jep, no thanks.

Please train the artist at this branch to care better for themselves as well as their customers' food! Their customer service is outstandingly good when it comes to greeting, however their sanitation standards should exceed all else.

Multiple accounts of mold found, people dropping food into other containers, NEVER CHANGES GLOVES. I am done with this place. It had a year to get its act together.

Decent place to grab a bite on post. Best selection when it comes to healthy food or preparing it yourself.
