Herr Oetinger und sein Team haben sich immer Zeit genommen und mich in Ruhe beraten. Da das Team vor Ort viel mehr Möglichkeiten bei der Konfiguration der Möbel hat (z.B. vorne offener Sockel, Aufbau 10 cm etc.) und man wirklich gute Tipps und Hinweise zur Planung bekommt, kann ich nur empfehlen den Weg in der stationären Einzelhandel auf sich zu nehmen, statt online zu bestellen!

2. A few weeks later, one of the ordered sofa modules was delivered in the wrong colour. The forwarding company initially refused a complaint "It's not that bad - the sun adjusts it". The mere fact that the second module ordered had a different color finally convinced the forwarder. We were able to keep the wrong sofa module until the right module in the right color was finally delivered 3 months later, but no compensation was offered here that corresponded to the effort and hassle. Instead, reference was made to the manufacturer.
All in all we wished for better service and especially better quality control from a quality store like Smow! Mistakes can happen, but the consequences should not be felt by the customer! There was no accommodation like other furniture stores/mail order companies, instead we were told that we would no longer have to order from Smow in the future.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Bestellungen inkl. Service leider sehr enttäuscht.
1. Zuerst wurde das falsche Eiermann Gestell geliefert. Erst nachdem wir das Gestell zurück geschickt hatten wurde der Ersatz bzw. das richtige Gestell versand. Neben der langen Wartezeit war auch der Rückversand nicht ganz unproblematisch. Das Paket war so groß, dass es in ein normales Auto garnicht rein passt und die üblichen DHL Versandstationen eine Annahme verweigerten. Ein Entgegenkommen für Aufwand, Kosten und Wartezeit blieb aus.
2. Ein paar Wochen später wurde eines der bestellten Sofa Module in falscher Farbe geliefert. Durch die Spedition wurde zunächst eine Reklamation verweigert „Es ist doch nicht so schlimm - durch die Sonne passt sich das an“. Alleine die Tasache dass das zweite bestellte Modul eine andere Farbe hatte überzeugte den Spediteur schließlich. Wir konnten das falsche Sofa Modul zwar solange behalten, bis 3 Monate später endlich das richtige Modul in richtiger Farbe geliefert wurde allerdings wurde auch hier keine dem Aufwand und Ärger entsprechende Entschädigung angeboten. Man verwies stattdessen auf den Hersteller.
All in All hatten wir uns von einem Hochwertigen Laden wie Smow einen besseren Service und ins besondere eine bessere Qualitätskontrolle erwünscht! Fehler können passieren, allerdings die Konsequenzen sollten aber nicht der Kunde spüren! Ein Entgegenkommen wie bei anderen Möbelhäusern/Versandhäusern gab es nicht, stattdessen teilte man uns mit dass wir ja zukünftig nicht mehr bei Smow bestellen müssen.

Als eine weitere Kundin den Laden betrat, wurde diese dann sofort von ihm ausführlich beraten, obwohl noch weitere Mitarbeiter frei waren. Während wir darauf warteten, endlich über die gewünschte Konfiguration und den Preis zu sprechen. Wir haben das Geschäft nach 20 min unverrichteter Dinge verlassen, Gott sei dank gibt es ja noch andere Hay Händler in Stuttgart.
