The hotel is in a great location. Reception is helpful and caring. The rooms are large but not very clean. It is useful to take slippers, sheets and your own towel with you. The room don't smell very good. We left the window open all day, the smell was gone when we returned in the evening. Since it is in the city center, you may be disturbed by the noise until the morning. The horn and the sound of music disturbed us a lot, but remember that this is not about the hotel, but about the location of the hotel. It can be preferred for cheap accommodation.

Great location, nice old building, great looking girl a front desk and very kind. Rooms are large, bathrooms also. Beds are confortable BUT carpets, wall colours, and generally other furniture are poor. It is little investment for muuuuch approvement.

For the price that we paid that time it was surprisingly good: really big room with convenient beds, large bathroom and location in the city center. Definitely 5 stars.

Absolutely awful. no safety or privacy. lock on the door literally came out of the door as I inserted the key to open it. all conversations are borderline broadcast between rooms. questionable stains and cleanliness throughout. staff is extremely unhelpful.

*am accustomed to traveling all over the world and in low-budget accomodations, but would give this 0 stars if it was an option

I stayed this hotel at the beginning of August 2016 with my family. We originally booked 2 double rooms and 1 single. They gave us two rooms on different floors and to our surprise we found that two rooms do not have private bathrooms. The rooms were very hot with no air conditioning, the wifi was of poor quality, the extra-paid breakfast was with very very limited choices and low quality food and drinks. Sure, there were no room service, no mini-bar,.......
I'll not repeat this experience, very low value for money.
Location is the only good thing in this hotel.

I would like to give it 0 stars cause this was the absolute worst thing I could have booked. First the reception lady slammed the phone in my nose 4 times. Four times!!!! The room was dirty, it smelled of dirty sheets, really smelly stuff, the sheets and towels were dirty and had huge holes in them, it was cold and the mattress was a mess... I heard no apology, no refund no nothing. I felt like they were doing me a fovour but I payed for it 120 euros a night. Sorry but this is one of those hotels I blacklist forever and will go out of my way to not sleep there again.

I booked room for a friend. At the check-in they just told us that the room was ruined by the previous guests and that they do not have a spare one. They offered a room in another hotel (Astoria). This was a pity because only reason for choosing this hotel actually was a location. Guy at reception told us this without any word of regret or apologize. Looked like for him this was normal. Be careful
