(Translated by Google) We probably just had a bad day.... and we also had the misfortune to want to redeem a GROUPON voucher. On arrival we were greeted warmly and sympathetically by a nice man. But then the boss came up to us with the words "Is that the Groupon reservation"!?!?!? We were told quite harshly that we would only get our food at half past eight. GROUPON would know that. We didn't know that. We had a regular reservation for 7:30 p.m. And we had changed the reservation from 2 to 4 people over the phone a week ago. I.e. we came with 2 "full-paying guests". There was also a theatrical performance that evening. The (temporary) waiter who served us was absolutely overwhelmed but tried hard. Around half past eight we got the menus after we had asked for them. KARAĐORĐEVA didn't exist.
There was no JELEN beer. Ordering the breaded soft cheese was quite difficult, but it worked out in the end.
We didn't get onions or ajvar with our meal. Even though we ordered it.
The GROUPON voucher included a 3-course menu for 2 people + 2 Šljivovic. We didn't get a dessert and no alternative. We asked the waiter for dessert. He had asked in the kitchen. There was no dessert.
Alternatively, we asked for cappuccino or something similar. There was no cappuccino. Only coffee.
The boss taught us later that they don't have dessert.. but ice cream. There is always ice cream. But ice cream isn't dessert, it's ice cream. I leave this logic uncommented at this point.
By the way, there is definitely dessert on the menu.
Then the lady let out what kind of rip-off GROUPON was, whereupon I tried to remind her that WE are not GROUPON but are GUESTS. The lady was so upset that she didn't care.
The billing was then old-school on a notepad.
We had taken a journey of 45 minutes and were really looking forward to the evening. The food was very tasty but unfortunately we will definitely not come back.
However, we could observe that friends, acquaintances and other guests around us were served in a very friendly and cordial manner.
Unfortunately, GROUPON seems to be a knockout criterion here.

Vermutlich hatten wir einfach nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt.... und wir hatten auch noch das Pech einen GROUPON Gutschein einlösen zu wollen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und sympathisch von einem netten Mann begrüßt. Jedoch kam dann die Chefin auf uns zu mit den Worten "Ist das die Groupon-Reservierung"!?!?!? Wir wurden recht barsch belehrt, das wir unser Essen erst um halb neun bekommen würden. GROUPON wüsste das. Wir wussten das nicht. Wir hatten regulär auf 19:30h reserviert. Und wir hatten auch noch vor einer Woche telefonisch die Reservierung von 2 auf 4 Personen geändert. D.h. wir kamen mit 2 "Vollzahlern". An dem Abend war übrigens auch noch eine Theateraufführung. Der (Aushilfs-)Kellner der uns bediente war absolut überfordert aber bemüht. Gegen halb neun erhielten wir dann mal die Speisekarten, nachdem wir danach gefragt hatten. KARAĐORĐEVA gab's nicht.
JELEN Bier gab's nicht. Die Bestellung des panierten Weichkäse war recht schwierig, hat aber schlussendlich doch noch geklappt.
Wir haben weder Zwiebeln noch Ajvar zu unserem Essen bekommen. Obwohl wir das bestellt hatten.
Bei dem GROUPON Gutschein war ein 3-Gang-Menü für 2 Personen + 2 Šljivovic enthalten. Einen Nachtisch haben wir nicht bekommen und auch keine Alternative. Wir hatten den Kellner nach Nachtisch gefragt. Er hatte in der Küche nachgefragt. Nachtisch gab's nicht.
Alternativ fragten wir nach Cappuccino oder ähnlichem. Cappuccino gab's nicht. Nur Kaffee.
Die Chefin belehrte uns später, dass sie keinen Nachtisch haben.. aber Eis. Eis gibt es immer. Aber Eis sei kein Nachtisch sondern Eis. Diese Logik lasse ich an dieser Stelle mal unkommentiert.
Übrigens steht in der Speisekarte durchaus Nachtisch.
Dann hat die Dame sich noch darüber ausgelassen was für Abzocker GROUPON wären woraufhin ich versuchte habe sie daran zu erinnern, dass WIR nicht GROUPON sind sondern GÄSTE sind. Die Dame war so in Rage, dass ihr das egal war.
Abgerechnet wurde dann old-school auf einem Notizblock.
Wir hatten eine Anfahrt von 45 Minuten auf uns genommen und uns wirklich sehr auf den Abend gefreut. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr lecker aber leider werden wir ganz bestimmt nicht wieder kommen.
Wir konnten aber beobachten, dass Freunde, Bekannte und auch andere Gäste um uns herum durchaus freundlich und herzlich bedient wurden.
GROUPON scheint hier wohl leider ein K.O.-Kriterium zu sein.
