I went here with friends who already liked the place and I really liked it! The waiter was extremely friendly and the food absolutely delicious.
Will come here again!

The place is really good and nice ambience. The food was very authentic and tasted the real Indian spice.
The staff are very friendly and kind. Comparing to other similar places like La bamboo and ganesha nearby I will choose Ceylonas anytime. ????

The quality and essence of the food is amazing. I have tried the dishes which are in the menu list which comes with the starters and main course and it’s really delicious ???? and worth the price. The ambience of the restaurant is also great.

The decorations on the walls are beautiful, but that's the only positive comment I can make. The service was poor, the presentation unappealing, the lighting, music and ambience distressing, and everything took far too long.

The taste wasn't too bad, so they would probably be fine for takeaway.

2019 edit: Sadly Ceylonas has really declined. Now the waiters and waitresses are incompetent. They completely forget to bring your food or charge you the wrong amount. They don’t seem to speak German or English, which makes communication challenging. The food is still good, but the entire experience has now gotten to the point that I no longer think it is worth it to go. The manager is still a great guy and things run more smoothly when he’s there.

I'd argue Ceylonas has the best Indian food in Stuttgart. Their Thali plates are a must-try. Atmosphere could use some improvement.

Loved the restaurant! We got take out and it was SO DELICIOUS! Best Indian food we've had in Stuttgart so far. He spoke English and German and it was SO easy to order our fav dishes. And BOY was it flavorful. And the naan was made fresh right in front of me! I can't wait to try more of their dishes. My fiance and I had the tandoori chicken and I had the lamb saag - extra spicy. And they spiced it perfectly. ???? Don't sleep on these guys they know what they're doing.
