Indian Store Stuttgart

One of the best Indian store in Stuttgart. All Indian products under one roof . The store is not so big but we are able to get every ingredients for our Indian dishes here. I was really amazed seeing Germans purchasing from the store . Well organized store and the products are not overpriced. Most of the things are at an affordable price when compared to other Indian stores in Germany. Please like and follow me in Google maps.

Located at calm residential area. Store is well organised and most of the items are labelled with price. Mainly you will get imported trs products also other varieties. Most of the Indian groceries are available here with fewer choices for packed savoury and sweets and Indian cookies.
Must visit place for Indian origins.

It was very nice experience when they started, now they have produkt out of stock. They just write on the delivery paper out of stock and never contact customer. To save on packaging, remove the air from package, in the process some of the things get wracked, can be seen in photo. So you can pack as much as you can. Out of stock happens offen, no contact, no refund, you get the voucher when you contact them.

Nice place to vist for indian stuff like spices, rice and grocery required for home. Friendly staff, nice variety of products to choose from. Located in calm area, store itself is well organized and also students get a discount which is nice gesture from store. But heard from customers that delivery part of store is not as great as store, so it is better to pick it up directly rather than home delivery.

This Indian store used to be good in service but not anymore. I ordered a lot items in August 2022 and I am really disappointed in the quality of items received. More importantly how careless they are when the customers are complaining about something.

I tried to contact them via email mentioned on the website - no response; telephoned them and they asked me to send an email to a different email address, again no response; one of my friends visited the store to explain the issue and one another email address was provided - yet no response.

The issue is that along with many items there was Whole Wheat Flour in my order. This one has insects that started hatching into pantry moths in my apartment. It was a nightmare for me to clean it up and segregate my other kitchen items. I attached pictures of all it in the email and no response or no refund. Apart from this, I also ordered 10 kg of Basmati rice. I received some broken rice with a lot of stones in it. On an average I bite on to minimum of two stones per cup of cooked rice. Can anyone tell me how this issue can be resolved or reported appropriately?

We are paying our own money to get dumped with some really low quality items. It is frustrating when nobody responds to your tons of mails and calls. I mean everybody busy and I understand that but nobody is busy for 2 months.

In recent times the delivery is not up to mark. Almost every time they will miss some items and when you raise a ticket for refund nobody even bothers to check the issue. I’m still waiting for a response from them wrt a support ticket which I created couple of weeks ago. The odds of winning a lottery is higher than them picking the phone call. Time to look for a new shop.

Initially like 2 years back , i had a good experience with this store online delivery. Slowly the quality and customer focus is coming down. Despite i mention in the order notes that "please send only the selected brands in my order and donot send other brands.. If the product is not available, please issue refund ...but still they send other brands just to dump something and avoid issuing refund" ... Donot understand this and i informed them multiple times through direct call and email to support team.. but no use.. They donot maintain the online inventory properly.. Now I started thinking why should i worry, simply choose another online grocery store..
