We had to wait for such a long time, and I have never eaten such a bad pizza!! Couldn’t finish it because all the low quality cheese made me feel sick! Oh and did I mention that the water they put on your table (before you arrive to “eat”) costs 9.50€?!? This is so rude and unacceptable! NEVER going there again!

Food is average. I had tortellini with basil pesto. They definitely don't make the pasta by themselves. The worst part are the very unorganized and unprofessional waiters. First, I had to approach a waiter and wait for some time to get seated. Then, they had discussions in front of the guests. Some of them had an argument and decided to have it over their guests tables. I felt very uncomfortable. Even McDonald employees are better trained...

Pretty location and convenient if you're visiting one of the musicals. Their menu is very basic, we ordered pizza and it was delicious, the pasta not so much. Their drinks are good but their service is very slow.

I would like to give it a 0 star rating but I cannot. Worst service ever, even for Europe. I almost got up and left without paying. Never got my second glass of wine. Service generally ultra slow. Caprese salad had a wired taste. Pizza was tasteless. Should have looked at the reviews before I went too hungry to care.

Poor experience. I'd put zero stars if I could. We're still waiting for our food for 45 minutes, a salad and one spaghetti dish. Bigger table that came after us have already been served and we are only 2 people.

Unorganized and not that friendly. Sorry but at that time we waited so long for our food and the price performance is not that good. You get a feeling that they can do it because still the people are coming in.

Long waiting and on the end bad food...
