This hotel is ok. The staff were considerate and professional. It’s in a good location. They advertise that they have air conditioning and so we were willing to pay a little more. Don’t expect the air conditioning to work in your room. It was a hot day, and we checked six rooms with the manager before they found a room where the air conditioner was operational; however, it still did not work well.

Excellent hotel. Such a shame the Manager in his tiny red car thinks it's acceptable to park ON the turning circle making it very difficult for buses to enter the property without damaging it. PS a fire engine would have the same problem

Excellent morning buffet, no room service, no House keeping, they only changed bathroom towels regularly till we complained. No kettle for boiling water in the room. When I asked for it, they didn't have one.

Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, and good location from the convention center/Stuttgart airport. It is a bit of a maze to navigate through the complex, and I wish the services either had additional staff, or were opened later. Not all restaurants were open during my stay.

Arrived and got a room given to me that wasn’t cleaned, but quickly resolved. No issues. Can recommend. Only issue is understanding the parking!

The good: Front desk staff is wonderful! Super comfortable bed (one of the best hotel beds I've slept on), high thread count cotton sheets, great 4k big screen TV, amazing water pressure in the shower and complimentary beverages in room.
The bad:
Cleanliness, both times I've stayed here, I had to request a second room. First time was immediately after things started opening again and I'm sure the room hadn't been used in months. The second time, the bathroom counters had not been wiped down, floor had not been swept or mopped and there were black specs of something on the white sheets. Both times, the second room wasn't much better, but at least the beds looked clean. No microwave, no kettle and a very small refrigerator that either didn't work well or didn't work at all.

Great hotel if you want to be next to the theater. Also super close to U bahn which will take you all over Stuttgart (30 mintues to downtown). The breakfast was good, the bars were good, the restaurants were good. A good experience overhall.
