Absolute great hotel. Walking distance to down town and attractions. Big rooms with balcony, fully stocked mini bar and very comfortable beds. The staff goes out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable and welcome. Breakfast is amazing and plenty. Very clean from top to bottom.

A lot of confusion and false charges. I had gone for work and told that my company had not paid for my stay (not true) had to pay myself on arrival. Eventually this was resolved. Then Novum falsely charged me again a couple of weeks later for my stay that they reimbursed me for originally.

Friendly staff. Great location for train/bus. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Well located hotel, close to the s bahn which takes you straight to the airport and main train station.

Rooms are spacious but the furniture is quite old and there is a lot of dust everywhere. The carpet needs a good cleaning. Stains everywhere.

Also there is a bar just on front of the hotel and at night sleeping can be really difficult die to the noise

Staff is nice but the guy who attended us upon arrival didn't know a word of English

Wouldn't stay again.

Price value was excellent, however, the rooms had no air conditioning and were thus really warm. Thus, we left the windows open over the night (I shared the room with 2 friends) and in the morning the church bells were ringing quite loud and woke us up. Otherwise, the receptionists were very kind and efficient, the room was clean, the bathroom spacious. The location was quite good as well. We walked into the city center in less than 15min passing by pretty neighborhoods, cafés, restaurants and many local stores

The hotel was clean and the rooms were big and luminous, with a small fridge, a balcony and a big table where it was easy to work if you need to. The staff was polite. Breakfast were also OK, with cereals, boiled eggs, bacon, butchers, some fruit, toasts... but I'd have appreciated some gluten free pastries. Location is also nice, it is close to a metro station and comercial streets.
