I believe this old little hotel deserves higher rating than what it currently has on Google. Obviously it is not luxury, but given its great location and affordable price, the value is extraordinary. My room was a bit small, but it's clean and fully functional with everything there should be. Staffs were also friendly. I would stay again if have another chance to visit.

We had a health issue whilst staying in this hotel and the reception staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms are convenient and clean, and the neighbourhood is very nice. We had a very pleasant stay!

Great location, very near to metro and bus connections.
Good rooms, especially for the price.
Good service.
The hotel is decorated with a naval maritime theme with many ship models and paintings throughout.

This shower was just... wrong. Water kept coming out while showering in an inexplicable way. I had to kill two spiders as soon as I came in, I'm not sure what's up with the TV. I think the towels weren't changed while we lived here and the receptionists are a riddle. The friendliest here were the cleaning staff, no one else really ever said good morning or anything. I wouldn't recommend staying here

The beds of Hansa are honestly amazing. I've been there couple of times and I super recommend the double bed even if you're alone. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is affordable and good, and the staff is very nice.

Simple and economic hotel with the basic. Easy accesible from the train station. About 12 minutes from the center

This place does not deserve all the bad reviews. It's a nice little hotel, not very modern but nice and renovated rooms. The single room was tiny but perfect for a short stay when you only want to sleep.
Bathroom was also renovated, clean and spacious enough.
The night staff was a little bit lost, but the day staff was very competent. Both were friendly and helpful. And given the very cheap price for Stuttgart center (40 eur per night) I would totally come back here.
