Avoid. Extremely slow service when there were only 3 other customers. Once we had finally ordered, the food did arrive promptly, however they brought my wife the wrong item. I had ordered a steak rare, but it arrived well done. We were in a hurry unfortunately, so we expressed to the waitress everything that was wrong. Once we were done eating we received the bill and noticed they had over charged us 20 euros. What prompted us to check, was that there was another couple arguing with the waitress about also being overcharged. Bottom line: There are so many better options within walking distance. Avoid this restaurant. It may be the convenient option, but you’ll end up regretting it.

I am surprised this restaurant is not rated higher! Very yummy and delicious food. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere was friendly and quiet. It did take a little time to get our food, but not too long. Overall, a delicious meal and a much better experience than I expected.

Note in advance: We used a voucher that enabled us to get 4 main courses for the price for 2.

- Atmosphere: It is obvious that the „pub“ is a hotel restaurant (inclusively a buffet for All Inc guest or something like that). Respectively, the atmosphere is quite clean and not familiar. It has nothing to do with a pub, a steakhouse, an American diners, … but a busy hotel restaurant.

- Drinks: We had coke (Pepsi?) and Beer (Krombacher). Well… the coke was stale, the beer was warm. No go!

- Food: We had Burgers. The buns were dry. The Cheeseburger was quite small and loveless. The other burgers were okay, but nothing more. The price was too high.
You must order side dishes separately. There is half (!) of a small baked (to be honest: I assume that it was cooked) potato with sour cream for 3.50€ - too much, especially compared to the side salad or the sweet potatoes for the same price.
2 hours later, two of us had stomach upsets.

Summary: Way to expensive. Bad drinks, bad food. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

Very slow and unfriendly sevice. I ordered for kids lunch in advance to certain timing from children menu. We waited half an hour after that timing. We were explained that there was a lunch bufee for some seminar there (was already standing 2 h before i came) and two (!)))) guests ahead of us!!! Can not recommend

Good food. Had the German ravioli salad and the mixed grill, it was properly cooked. the service, not so good, brought things out incorrectly and late with drinks and water.
