Worst experience ever we had at a car service! We had some troubles with our car, called more than 5 times and were told that someone else would contact us to make an appointment. No one did. Next day we were told to order some parts for 200€ that turned out were for another car model!? Not only our trip was delayed, we also didn't solve anything and spent lots of money for nothing.

Had a good experience but, the walk back from MB rent to parking lot can be avoided.

Perfect first appointment for a Mercedes buildup failure: quick and the only so quick rendez vous on Stuttgart.

For my next visit, it was a little difficult to be understood:
Make when you take a rendez vous you effectively have one. I took a rendez vous for a windscreen one week in advance. On the very thuesday morning, they just tell me it won't be until Friday ! Amazing !
I also had said one week in advance I would likely have a "Markise" Put on. They had no price ready for me. Said it would take more than a week.

Finally, after I made some fuss about it, my Vito was ready, windscreen and Markise done for friday.

Difficult to communicate by telephone: "we call you..." But never call back.

Good work though. Nice coffee room.

Thank you to the team for having the Markise delivered quickly at last.
