WORST ATTENTION EVER.
At the counter, the guy told me to wait (outside, with all the sun , I was with my uniform, I am Cabin Crew, also I had FEVER CAUSE I HAD A TERRIBLE THROAT INFECTION) for almost 40 minutes. I am from Spain and obviously, in aviation, we live each month in a different place so I only had my Spain medical card, they did not want to attend me, did not even let me go inside the hospital, they sent me to the next counter where they did rapid CoVid19 Tests. I told him I already had done 3 CoVid19 Tests ALL WITH NEGATIVE RESULT (The same day, two days before and a week before), what was the answer? ''go to the next counter to do a rapid CoVid19 Test'', GENIUS.
I knew I had a terrible throat infection which required antibiotics because I experienced it before sometime with the same symptoms, I could not even eat, I could barely breathe, my inner ears hurt so much and I could not hear from one of them. I told the doctor who did the CoVid Test to me, I told her I felt so bad to please diagnose me (cause no doctor before had seen me in person, only attended by phone, ridiculous) and she refused, when she did the test to me, she saw my throat to do the test and did not tell me anything. When she finished I asked what should I do in case the test was negative cause really I FELT SO BAD AND COULD NOT WORK FOR NEXT DAY, the answer was: ''I do not know, just contact any insurance''.
Sorry, I do not judge the other doctors inside the hospital, but really the attention received was the worst ever. Only was attended the same day when I called a private medical clinic.
It is so sad and shameful that people with no social skills dedicates themselves to health and medicine, sorry but if you do not like your job, do not behave like that in exchange with people who go there because they need to do so, we do not go to bother you, we go BECAUSE WE REALLY NEED HELP, ALSO WE DO NOT KNOW YOUR LANGUAGE AND WE ARE IN A COUNTRY WE DO NOT KNOW.
Really many people complain about sanitary system in Spain, trust me, in comparison is the best thing EVER. So thank you, If I had waited for your advice, today I could not breathe at all.

This is the absolute worst hospital stay I've ever had. It appears that the doctors did not check my medical file correctly because they insisted on operating my right neck and instead of removing 5 to 6 lymph nodes as discussed, they removed 29 lymph nodes, which have caused me a lot of pain and now they are wanting to do surgery on the opposite side.

Worse nightmare in my live. Incompetent workers, brutal customer service. Seventeen hours spend in this God forgotten place, without any result. Every parent need to avoid this place. The people working in this place are arrogant and cruel. This is a brutal capitalism, which just collect money from your insurance. Never again. Never. I’ve the Hypocrite was alive, he will personally take the license and close down this place. Parents be aware, this place will kill your child, because of a lack of professional’s and narcissism.

I waited about 5 hours for treatment and discharge and noticed a nonchalant attitude permeates the staff. There are approximately 2 of 10 staff members with decent work ethic, but the rest of them are just laughing, talking, and taking smoke breaks while we sit waiting for them to return without feedback on what is being done. I was in pain just wanted for a bit of relief or compassion. While they are not the worst, they are certainly not doing their best. I took my translator app to help me along but the doctor knew quite a bit of English. She still proceeded to speak Deustch to provide me notes on the medication she prescribed and I couldn’t understand a thing…hope this helps for planning purposes of people using Tricare

You go here with a sick kid at night , you wait for more than 3 hours the kid is restless and just crying , the doctor comes tells you they think the baby has certain disease take him tomorrow to the Kinderarzt. How now? I know my baby and I know when the baby is not fine! Very unprofessional

I was in the emergency today. I was probably lucky as I didn't wait more than 5 minutes and was treated quickly by a friendly, professional and English speaking staff. I am sorry for the other patients who had bad experience there, but mine was perfect.
