Been here many times and he only gets better and better with creativity and taste. The place is very small/cozy and relaxing. The food is superb and displayed beautifully...matched with excellent wines. Definitely great for a dinner date too.

Top restaurant! The food was great, very well-prepared and presented, delicious! And the service, outstandin. Finally a good combination of great food and service! Something very needed in this city. I´d recommend it to anyone looking for a place with taste for a special occasion. Surelly I will repeat!

Wonderful food. If it is on the menu, try the duck salad: Wonderfully done with an extra rare juicy interior. Super service from a single guy who attended all the tables (room was half full) but still found time to help me to choose the best dishes. I will be back next time I am in Stuttgart.

Jan war leider mit 33 Gästen alleine im Restaurant was in so einer Atmosphäre mit diesem phantastischen Essen leider gar nicht geht.

Er war leider sehr gestresst und hin und her gerissen zwischen allen Gästen gleichzeitig sein zu müssen.

Unmöglich machbar.

Verständlich.

Aber dann bucht man den Abend nicht voll aus oder sorgt für ausreichend Unterstützung im Service (und hofft nicht nur auf die schnelle Hilfe der Köche...)

Kommen wir zum Essen.

Da wir 2 selbst Köche sind und es sehr Wert schätzen selbst mal solche zauberhaften Gerichte kreiert zu bekommen war es für mich mein absolutes Highlight.

Jeder einzelne Gang war für mich eine Perfektion auf den Teller.

Geschmacklich u0026 optisch einfach eine Offenbarung.

Für mich habt ihr definitiv einen Stern in der Küche mehr als verdient.

Es war wirklich ganz ganz toll!

Für kleine bis mittlere Anlässe perfekt. Es hat durch seinen Schnitt und Größe eine intime Atmosphäre, die aber keineswegs beengend ist. Sehr hohe Decken in einem großen, klassischem Museumsgebäude im entsprechend beeindruckend großem Eingangsbereich. Das Hegel Eins ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet in gedeckten Farben und wird von einem sehr zuvorkommenden aber lockeren Herren geführt. Das Essen war in jeder Weise sehr gut zubereitet und voll und ganz gehobene Küche, die neben der Ästhetik auch geschmacklich voll ins Schwarze getroffen hat. Musik und Platz zum Tanzen auf der Feier war auch kein Problem zur ausgelassener zu später Stunde. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
