Loved it. The room was so big and fancy! It had the best shower I've ever had in a hotel room. Breakfast was also very tasty. The only annoying thing is the train station of Stuttgart, I had some trouble finding my way there, but that is obviously not their fault.

Very comfortable room and quiet. Everything we asked was provided. The location is perfect. The cons: The cleaning team is not working properly. The breakfast fruit salad was the same everyday. They tried to charge more than their internet price.

Not worth the price.
Checked in late at night. Night receptionist was unfriendly. Booked me on the 5th floor. Out of 3 lifts only one worked. Coming out of the lift was a massive building site. Big fans running drying a bare floor. No mention at the check in or when I booked that the hotel is under construction. The roof terrace/bar under construction.
Asked for a late check out. Each hour is chargeable. Asked to use the spa on the day of check out. Also chargeable.
Overall the staff was very inexperienced and short sighted. It was the most expensive hotel available when I booked it and I would’ve expected definitely more and a much better service.
Only reason it’s not one star is the spa is very good

Clean and modern hotel. Next door there is a fancy shopping mall and penalty of Restaurants. However, the hotel lack in services and dealing with guests in weird way. I have issues in the check in while my issue was very simple and easy. The guy at night shift was almost jumping over us because we wanted to open the reception fridge which sells soft drinks (he can be much cooler than he reacted). No one to help in luggage even thought the prices you pay is high comparing to other hotels (very disappointing).

The two stars for the cleanness and design.

The hotel is fine in a great location for our 1 day needs but the issue of service and maintenance was poor.
The ladies at reception were very polite and smiling but if you need anything it's like pulling a tooth, very painful.

Hospitality is a dying art unfortunately.

This is a great place for all ages and music and art lovers. Hospitality at high level. Good food and beverages. The rooms are superb!!

Nice hotel in a quite neighborhood! Very nice roof top bar to chill and relax! When visiting Stuttgart, a nice place to stay. And very friendly people to help you in the hotel! ????????
