No air conditioning!!!
Don't even think about staying here in summer, Stuttgart was 95F this week and leaving the windows open at night is super noisy due to street traffic.
Crazy parking system with platform and car lift. It takes a long time to park and pull the car out in the morning. Training by staff is required on how to use the parking system.
Only one skinny pillow on the bed, one towel and quarter roll of TP?!

On the positive note - staff at reception is stellar. The lady that checked me in was just outstanding and very helpful. Within minutes she brought a cooling fan to my room and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable.

Positive: Nice, modern and high quality furniture, great location in the city center.

Negative: No air conditioning, front desk only available limited hours, smelly shower even after using it for 2 days, booked apartment for 2 people but only got one towel and one blanket - when calling in the afternoon the second day, was rudely told "Should have called earlier, staff is not on site anymore" - how about you do your job right? Booking confirmation clearly showed two guests! So despite paying extra (same apartment for 2 people has extra charge), still only had one towel and one small blanket we had to share side-ways leaving either top or bottom half of our bodies exposed both nights we stayed.
Also: Their website states "Direct access to the fitness and wellness area" - but accessing those at the hotel costs 25€ extra per person, per day. Had also booked parking in advance, were told by staff we could only use the parking system when they were around to explain the procedure - since we did not want to change our schedule for that, had to find parking elsewhere. Were glad to leave despite the stylish and cozy interior.

Definitely not returning.

Sadly No Air conditioning which make it hard to sleep at night because of the Hot weather.
Opening the window is not an option because of the Street Noises.
The offered ventilator doesn't have cooling option and only move the dust around which made breathing difficult!

Kippen im vollen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon haben uns empfangen. Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht komplett ab. Ein bezogenes Sofa wurde zugesagt - aber nicht umgesetzt. Als Entschädigung gab es für die 4 Tage ein zweites Apartment. Dort lag eine Kippe auf dem Balkon. Bett, Küche u TV plus TV Programme sind top. Die Parkplatzsituation ist alles andere als gut :-(

Versuch seit 1 Monat ein 5 Personen Apartment zu buchen. Leider ist das Personal am Telefon u0026 per Email zu unfähig für uns ein Apartment zu buchen. Unseriös finde ich dazu, dass Frau Gül mir ein Angebot für 1000€/Nacht macht und Frau Peters 675€/Nacht. Was ist das für Personal? Ich warte seit Wochen auf einen Rückruf zweicks der Buchung und immer wieder muss ich mich melden. Am Telefon werde ich dann wieder vertröstet und mir wird mitgeteilt, dass sich jemand bei mir meldet.
