Terrible customer service. We have been waiting for a bike we ordered and paid for on the online shop for almost 4 weeks now! Obviously the situation is strained due to but the shop has offer no support or assistance in tracking the bike. They don’t feel responsible at all and even hang up on us when we call to follow up. Wonder if we will ever get our bike back or at least our money!
