The good: Clean room and hotel, smiling and efficient staff, really well managed. Good position 3 minutes walk from Vaihingen Railway Station. Nice lobby with all day tea and some treats offered, really nice gesture.

The not-so-good: Very small room. Book a double room only if going with your partner. If going with work colleagues, etc, book a single room. I do not even know if they can fit twin beds in there. Very small window. View to an office building. Low natural light. Room temp rather cold as I kept the thermostat on maximum but not much happened. The all-purpose shower gel/soap/shampoo was very low quality, had to use my own after getting itchy skin. Breakfast was just ok, only 2 hot options offered (omelette and some bacon which was good), a pancake option would have been great as not much desert is offered. Medium quality cold cuts, no cheese (only yellow one).

Overall the hotel was clean and well organized. The room was also fine. More or less all the facilities were available.
However, I am really disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. I went to Stuttgart for one event. I called the hotel one day before my arrival to ask about early check-in. They told me it is possible. I just need to ask at the reception. So, accordingly I reached the hotel just 30 mins before the actual check-in time. Then they ask if you want to access early check-in, you need to pay 25 euro. They are asking for 25 euro for only 30 mins. If they normally charge it why can't they inform me last day when I called. I did not do early check-in and I had to ran for the event without changing the dress and all. I was going from Dusseldorf. It's was a long distance. However the staff were not welcoming.

Hotel was lovely and clean and plenty of towels. No fridge or kettle in room

The room is cozy, close to business area.
No water bottle was placed in the room, and no glasses.

Deserved 3 stars for this hotel!

The rooms are very clean and modern. The prices are moderate but justified.
You can expect a rich breakfast which leaves nothing to be desired. The one or other 4 star hotel could cut off a slice of the Ibis Hotel.
Also the staff has through its professional nature and the proximity to the customer can score points with me.

The only thing that is negative are the lights of the neighboring building, because these are only in the time between 23 clock and 5 clock off. So when forgetting the curtains, the room is as bright as day at 5 o'clock.

I am happy to continue to visit this hotel as a guest.

Great hotel really clean and cosy layout! The breakfast is absolutely amazing will definitely revisit when I'm back! The staff are very friendly too! Just wish it had a fridge in the room!
Free tea and coffee 24/7 too - so don't miss out!
