We had a good experience. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and diverse (breakfast price on the sign outside was not the price charged). Wifi was unstable. A bit of a weird feeling that the reception was not staffed during the night.

Good hotel for a professional stay. 20 minutes away from the airport. Clean rooms, very quiet zone, good breakfast.
Note that there is no restaurant in the hotel, and that the surroundings are mainly industrial and offices buildings.

Not impressed.
Check in computer asked a lot of stuff we could have answered before and save time when arriving late at night.
Rooms were dirty. Spiders, mold, dark stains of whatnot...
It was the second time we came but also the last. Even the kids, who usually don't care where we stay, kept a bad memory of this place.
Avoid if you can, we will not go again.
Also parking was too small, we were lucky to get the very last spot but other tourists arrived just behind us and had to park elsewhere.

Warm welcome at reception was good, with a short but useful explanation.
Unfortunately the room smelled like cigarettes especially around the bathroom area - no idea why coz it's non-smoking (before renovation?). Also, found some human hair in the sink (you wouldn't notice if you didn't look closely).
No hotel bar but maybe to be expected at the price.
However, at least a bottle of water on the room is really quite standard these days, and not present here.
Small touches could make this hotel much more attractive.
If you are in Vaihingen, don't worry about the location, it's 5-10 min to the S Bahn station and the nicer part of town on the other side of the railway lines.

I just like your hotel. I've been there for ages - whenever I have to stay for a couple of days in Stuttgart. You have nice, cozy rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff :-)

Good location, beds were as well good. Minor point was noise of airco

Clean room, polite staff with decent English skills as a plus. Everything went really smooth here. Breakfast was ok.
