Huge well equipped and nicely decorated rooms. Free tea and coffee from the restaurant for all guests. Reception staff helpful. Parking on street is free so quite handy. Aldi is around the corner for any needs. A good place to stop over for a night passing through Stuttgart. Close enough to the Mercedes museum.

It is true: the hotel is spacious and comfortable and so are the rooms.
And about the location: also true: not the most intimate office park. But the good thing is: it invites guests to have a nice walk to the Canstatt Römerkastell at approx. 10 mins and have dinner in nice restaurants nearby, such as the restaurant Pilum - warmly recommended, also for its vegetarian dishes!

Freundlichkeit ist hier kein Fremdwort; im Gegenteil man wird bestmöglich umsorgt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und großzügig, ebenso die Bäder mit separater Toilette.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus kostenfrei zu finden . Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Sehr schön ist auch die Bar im Nachbargebäude.
Dieser Ort würde sich sehr gut für private Feste oder geschäftliche Veranstaltungen eignen.
Es war sehr schön in diesem Haus und wir kommen definitiv wieder????

Now comes the big but...the concept of leaving the hotel terrace open unattended in the evening/night unfortunately cost us a sleepless night. Guests can get drinks from the hotel kiosk and then drink them on the terrace. Supposedly there is a sign to leave at 11pm. We had a room directly above the terrace and there were four guests sitting outside until 12:30 a.m., who were drinking and talking so loudly that we couldn't even think of sleeping. Unfortunately, it was only possible to close the window for a short time because it was just too hot and stuffy (there is a fan but no air conditioning.) I think either you are not allowed to allocate rooms above the terrace in summer or you have to close it at 10 p.m. when the hotel staff leave. Because otherwise it is very annoying when you have paid so much for a sleepless night. You book a hotel to sleep.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, was in Corona Zeiten ein Hauptkriterium für uns war. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail relativ stilvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sauber. Die Zimmer sind riesig, Betten bequem. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war auch ok.

Jetzt kommt das große Aber...das Konzept, die Hotelterasse Abends / Nachts unbeaufsichtig geöffnet zu lassen, hat uns leider eine schlaflose Nacht gekostet. Gäste können sich am Hotelkiosk Getränke holen und diese dann auf der Terrasse trinken. Angeblich gibt es ein Schild, das diese um 23.00 Uhr zu verlassen ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt über der Terasse und es saßen bis 00.30 Uhr 4 Gäste draußen, die getrunken und sich so laut unterhalten haben, dass für uns an Schlafen nicht zu denken war. Das Fenster zu schließen war leider immer nur kurzzeitig möglich, da es einfach zu heiß und stickig war (es gibt einen Ventilator aber keine Klimaanlage.) Ich denke entweder darf man im Sommer keine Zimmer über der Terrasse vergeben oder muss diese um 22.00 Uhr schließen, wenn die Hotel Mitarbeiterinnen gehen. Denn sonst ist es sehr ärgerlich, wenn man für eine schlaflose Nacht noch soviel bezahlt hat. Man bucht ja ein Hotel um schlafen zu können.
