The worst customer experience ever. Horrible treatment from the staff and false pricing. They have mixed jeans costing 59€ with jeans costing 49€ in the shelves, but advertised everywhere 49€. When I told them it is incorrect, they just removed the big price labels, but did not offer me any type of apology or compensation. The staff did not want to reveal me their names and told me "I should complain in California if I have any problem with it". They were extremely rude and aggressive. A real shame for the Hollister brand. You better shop online if you are in the area.
