The worst customer experience ever. Horrible treatment from the staff and false pricing. They have mixed jeans costing 59€ with jeans costing 49€ in the shelves, but advertised everywhere 49€. When I told them it is incorrect, they just removed the big price labels, but did not offer me any type of apology or compensation. The staff did not want to reveal me their names and told me "I should complain in California if I have any problem with it". They were extremely rude and aggressive. A real shame for the Hollister brand. You better shop online if you are in the area.

Post lockdown shopping experience was nice. A bit of a waiting time at the fitting rooms as shop was under-staffed and they could not open all fitting rooms. However, always a good address for casual clothes. We'll definitely will be back.

We don't have it in Lisbon. Thank God. Nice and friendly people, always striving to help (and sell) without being pushy. The Portuguese guy at the cashier was extra helpful, even getting me a discount by mentioning signing in the user group of the store.

Nice restaurant, with outdoor area looking to the most popular spot in Stuttgart. Service is good, food is standard, beer is delicious. No option for kids, but you can order one plate and share.

+ Great looking clothes
+ Good material, durable

- Very dark
- Noisy (you can't even talk to your friends because the music is so loud)
- Maze
- difficulty of fitting because theres no lights even in the dressing rooms.
- Credit card withdrawal even when I requested Debit..

They've just 4 trail chambers for such a big shop! Be prepared to wait minimum of an hour in the trial room line on weekends
