Danny, der Inhaber, ist ein leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber, der wirklich alles (alles!) tut, damit sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen, auch bei Stress lässig bleibt und überhaupt eine Seele von Mensch ist. Gegenüber dem Personal hat er eine gelassene Führungsqualität an den Tag gelegt, die ihresgleichen sucht. Auch das Personal selbt: hingebungsvolle Küche mit frischem Mut zu Innovation, im positivsten Sinne. Die Bedienung und Sunny hinter der Bar mehr als freundlich, offen, flott und dabei stets professionell. Es gab wirklich nichts (nichts!) zu mäkeln, ein teilweise wilder und verrückter Abend mit reichlich Musik, Booze und Lachen. Wir haben uns amüsiert. Jederzeit wieder, ich freue mich auf den nächsten Geburtstag ... !
