Guys be careful if you deposit your documents. I put my driving license on 19.09.2022 as a deposit. The personal told me that my license is lost. No one there felt responsible. The boss is rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. Poor communication, no respect, no responsibility, contempt.

Fit/one charged their members during the covid pandemic while they were closed. I have heard of no other gyms doing this in Stuttgart. Instead, they offered their members a credit balance. Since I'm not interested in anything else they offer, I wrote them and said I want my money back. The first message was ignored. I wrote again and received a response 6 weeks later that they would refund my money. 6 weeks after that they refunded my money, but it was only a small fraction of what I am owed.

Stay away from this place. They're totally unprofessional and they made money off their members during the pandemic, which is why I canceled my membership. There are other choices in Stuttgart which cost just the same and who have better customer ratings.

WORST GYM EVER!

I have been trying to make In-body measurements “Körper Analysis” for almost 2 month now!! It’s for basic accounts for 20€ and I made it several times before, but the case now that each employee has a different opinion about that. One says you can do it and wait the coach after 2 hours to schedule it, and another mandate upgrading the account to do such thing 1 time per month!! Again, One time per month!! Customer service is soooooo bad, and getting worse by days.

Staff is not aligned about clear rules! And they think that In body is a big deal, so that you have to take an appointment and discuss such thing with trainer!! and no one can leave the reception to make it for you!!! ???? really shame on you! Do you really know that it take 2 minutes, and I waited 2 month without vain!!!!!

Please do not ignore the negative reviews of this gym. The positive reviews might be from members who have never tried to cancel their membership. I attached pictures of emails I’ve sent to prove that I’m actually a really nice person and truly hate writing bad reviews but this place deserves this 1 star rating. I’ve been a member of this gym for almost a year and it was all great until it wasn’t..

What we do not like:
-Sauna area has drainage issues causing a terrible rotting smell.
-Many scarred weights. People do not have the gym etiquette to pick up their own used weights and the staff doesn’t do it either. It’s a huge mess. I have another picture on my phone of a ton of dumbbells scattered on the floor.
-Employee turnover is high here. My friend pays extra monthly for a personal trainer and has had to go many months with no trainer (even though she pays) because they can’t keep anyone employed here.
-Customer service is very poor.
-Terminating your membership is impossible as you can tell from my emails. I have yet to hear back from anyone and was even told I needed to provide a copy of our plane ticket which is ridiculous and is no where in any contract.
-We used to go at 6am when they first open so my husband can workout before work. On many occasions the parking garage wasn’t open. There would be a line of traffic to get into the garage. If you park in the front and tell the staff the garage is not open they say they can’t do anything about it because another staff member has to do it.
-Staff can’t answer any questions about concerns big or small and truly seem like they don’t know what’s going on.
-The payments come out of your account under the name of a casino so we thought it was credit card fraud and declined the payment. Getting that fixed was another mess!
-The fitness classes seem to do the same workout routine over and over. I like having variety.

What we liked:
-Lots of machines and variety
-A lady fit area
-Price (Now I would have rather kept my membership at the nicer elements gym to avoid all the negatives of this place. You get what you pay for. I would recommend this gym only if you truly can’t afford to go anywhere else because a workout is better than none at all..)

It is a nice large gym with many options which could earn it a great rating. During my membership I saw it fall somewhat into neglect. It seemed there were not enough employees and they were overburdened with the workload. The bathrooms would not be cleaned, machines ran out of battery, etc... My trainer was very nice and the other employees tried to provide good service but I think their work environment was very stressful, causing many of them to leave.

The administration is very difficult to communicate with. The employees at the gym have no control over contract termination and I've heard there is a small office of five people in charge of contracts and payments for the entire country. The only way to contact someone is to send a message in a poorly-designed online portal and hope you get a response. There is no way to reply to a response, you have to send a new message in your portal. The information in the portal is poorly organized and it is very confusing to use. They show your recent payments and credits but it is hard to distinguish them from one another. The whole thing needs a redesign.

When you contact the finance office, they seem to give you as little information as possible. When I asked to cancel my contract, I expected it to be 3 months later according to what is stated in the contract. They responded that my contract would end 7 months later, and didn't make a single attempt to explain why they were deviating from the contract. Naturally alarmed, I went back to the portal to send another separate message and they sent a condescending explanation about how a court has ruled this could be done to make up for closures during coronavirus (without price for the customer). This is a reasonable explanation, and I don't know why they didn't make any attempt to me aware of it to begin with. I don't know why they didn't understand why it would be alarming for the customer.

Sadly, contrary to the arrangement that the extension would come at no cost to the customer, I have been charged the monthly fee the entire 7 months I have been waiting for the contract to end. Back to the portal to eek any information I can from them and to attempt to finish this frustrating experience off.

Customer service is nonexistent. Employees at the local level are disempowered to help you; corporate employees probably have too many tasks to care at all about handling your situation correctly. I have wasted so much money in fees that should not have been charged waiting to get this contract cancelled. Any thoughts I previously had about signing up again in the future are gone.

BE CAREFUL!! As you can see in many reviews, you CAN'T cancel your membership here!! I have been trying for almost a year now (since March 2021). The staffs said they can't do anything and gave me a number to contact. I tried, no one answered. I tried emailing, putting info into membership portal, going there physically. Nothing worked. Mit Mitgliedern.

I am still paying till date.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I paid for three more months since I wrote this review. Still paying. I called in the customer support number 15 times at least, no one picks up.
