Nice place with great spa, group trainings and almost sufficient set of machines. But even though the price is high, you still have days when there are queues for a machine and the water pool is closed.

Facilities are top of the line, staff is friendly on most of the days. Giving 4/5 for some experiences with staff which were a bit rude for no reason at all.

Reviewed 04.2022: customer service improved and some of the staff is smiling, welcoming and helpful. Therefore, 4 stars! The only thing to improve, in my opinion, would be to have more support from the trainers in the free weights area. It's very easy to get injured when working out alone and I guess it would feel safe to have someone just checking around and giving advice if required. I guess people which subscribe to elements are expecting an excellence gym. Personally, I would love to see trainers looking after or helping in the gym. It would really make a huge difference for all of us training there. :)
Reviewed : after returning from lock down it's still one of the best choices in the area. I think I also unlucky with my first month's experience.
Past review: I accidentally forgot my jacket with valuable things inside after training in one of the fitness rooms.. I go back to the gym to look for my jacket and "obviously" someone took it.. the lady at the front desk calls me off saying that" I have simply lost my jacket". No, I was not on the street, sorry, I was supposedly in a very good gym where also the environment should be a respectful one. Even on the Ubahn if you forget your wallet the police is going to send it back to you. on the same week my purse was also taken and I had all my personal items in it. The staff was not super friendly and they even seemed annoyed by my questions - totally appropriate questions considering the situation. Well, after paying so much money for a good quality gym you also would expect safety in there.

I wanted to write this review for a while but I think now is probably the best time. The customer service of the company is most demonstrative in crisis times like now. All I can say is that Elements is a great gym. They have wonderful facilities, two floors for fitness and machine training, different zones, a few rooms for group trainings which are never overcrowded because of a well thought through class registration system. The hamam adds to a fantastic relaxation after the training, and the bar offers the best shakes I've ever tried in a gym. Thanks a lot for this!! What I also appreciate greatly is the client service. The contract is very transparent and comprehensible even for a non-German speaker. It clearly mentions situations when you can cancel the contract or freeze it (because of the move or illness). There are no lies (like at Puls gym). I froze my contract twice, and there has been no problem. And finally, in this lockdown phase, the gym continues to offer the best possible client service (renovating the studio during closure, offering free months for training to its customers, offering online classes). Thank you so much for doing this! You are amazing!

Terrible! The worst communication I have ever experienced.
When your current member inquires by email, can anyone follow up promptly? rather than just ignoring 5-6 emails in last over a month (are you just waiting the members contract tobe expired without reponding)? What kind of company shows this kind of UNPROFESSIONAL + DISRESPECTFUL communication and management? When I even inquiry by phone, all I got from the staff is 'Oh, it is depends on our management team in Munich. I can not help you.' Lächerlich!

Well organised training area. Machines, floors, changing rooms, basically everything is 98% clean. So clean you forget it's a gym. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. There's a bar with small snacks and beverages. And they also host some events for their members occasionally. Overall it is the best gym in Stuttgart, hence the high prices.
