Large, immaculate room with good facilities, a comfortable bed and great bathroom products. Stayed on business. The reception staff were really helpful assisting me with various last minute requests. A decent choice at breakfast with friendly staff who were constantly cleaning the breakfast area and replenishing the food. Would definitely stay again.

There is no socket at the bedside, and the phone can only be charged on a table. I saw five kinds of bugs in the room. In the bottom bunk you can't straighten your back and always hit your head. The quilt is like a winter quilt. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken, very dim. The water pressure in the bathroom is good, but there is mold and you get a weird smell when you shower. Water will also flow to the ground and remain there. Hair dryers can only be borrowed from the front desk. I definitely won't come a second time, but I was asked to pay a membership fee of more than ten euros. This is very uneconomical.

Great facilities u0026 service, good breakfast. However, I didn't like that you can't open the window much so the room was hot (summer) and personal odour lingered.

The location is very pretty and I would recommend but the food was ones served cold and sometimes in some rooms the water stank but for that the view is so pretty. Besides the point I would recommend it.

For the price, ok (35e / night). No privacy in dorms. Hot rooms in summer. Cleaning lady entering your room in the morning and shouting random german words added to the experience for sure ????

I have been here a couple of times and enjoyed my private room very much. It's a bit of a climb up the hill from the public transport stop, but worth the effort and view at night. The staff is super friendly. There is a Strassenbahn just a few minutes walk away that will take you to the main train station or there are a flight of stairs next door that will take you down the large HILL and through a park to the train station.
