In a one-day-stop we had in Stuttgart we went to Burgerheart Stuttgart for dinner. A long queue, so it's better to consider reservation in advance.
Nice vibe, friendly staff.
We ordered one Beeferest burger (fries included) and one new york chili burger (with fries) and two colas for €45.
Burgers were good not excellent. Not something I come by again for.
But overal might be worth trying one time!

A nice restaurant in the center of the city. There are many options to decide, as well as a good variety of drinks! I can't say it's the best burger I have eaten, but it definitely worths a try if you are around.

Hate to post negative reviews but there was nothing nice about this meal :/
Service took forever despite empty restaurant, the bun cold, the patty luke warm, the sauces unseasoned, the onion rings hard as cardboard also without any hint of seasoning. Very hard to make a tasteless burger out of such good ingredients. Please start paying your employees to care for customers’ food more and inform your cook about the existence of salt..

5 stars, I guess other words are not necessary.
First of all, kind and careful waiters, secondarily, awesome cocktail, I tried the same in other places, also in Italy, but here is definitely better. (I appreciated the glass straw).
Last but not least, the food was really good, crispy and plenteous fries, a wide choice menu and maybe the best sauces I have ever tried

We had wanted to visit this restaurant for some time but when we finally went, we were mostly disappointed.
Service is OK at best, which comes down to staff not being too friendly and clearly being understaffed for the amount of tables they need to wait (we arrived just after 14:00).
Meals are ok-sized but the smaller hamburgers lack additional sauce for their fries - which would cost more than 1€ to add. The meals themselves were on the less interesting side as well, not offering a special or memorable taste whatsoever. Even a small addition, like fried onions on the burger or in addition to the pulled beef / pork, would have greatly added to the pleasure of those meals.
Last but not least, the atmosphere is what one would expect from this kind of restaurant, but is further hindered by the lack of any noise absorbing surfaces, leading to a high level of noise.
The only redeeming quality is that the restaurant gifts one meal to people in need for every hamburger they sell.

We went last night and they proved why they do not have a high rating on Google. For starters, we made a reservation and still had to wait in a long line to be seated. Hostess was not present at the hostess stand for long periods of time. Our first take we were seated at was right on top of another table. They have us stand 1.5m apart with masks on in line, but seat us directly next to another table without masks? How does that make sense? We ordered our kids' meals and drinks right away. Drinks came out fast and were delicious. Pricey, but tasty. About 10 minutes later, my husband u0026 I put in our dinner orders. Another 30 minutes went by and our meals came out, but not our children's. It took another 10 minutes before their burgers came out and the server blamed us for the delay! Plus, we didn't get silverware or napkins until AFTER we all ate out meals. My husband had to get out of his seat to grab some napkins for us because our server was not around. My husband ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was nothing more than chicken fingers in a bun. Such a disappointment. My burger with the grilled pear was delicious, but all the burgers were very small compared to other restaurants where you pay about the same amount of money. We saw other tables were disappointed at how their food was late coming out of the kitchen or how they weren't greeted until 5 minutes after being sat by the hostess. My husband and I were going to order another round of drinks, but our server never stayed at our table long enough to give us an opportunity to ask. We really want to like Burgerheart, but last night proved they have a lot to work on in-house to meet basic customer expectations when dining out.

UPDATE: Ok. We've been back since this review....a lot. We love the drinks u0026 service and like the food. We eat fairly early compared to most (18:00) and can almost always find a table for 4.

If you’re looking for the worst burgers and attention of your life, this is definitely your place!
The waiter was extremely rude to us, brought us warm white wine and the burger was absolutely TERRIBLE. The meat was very chewy and the bread soggy. The “special” fries were even worst, 6€ for normal fries with half an onion chopped and artificial cheese sauce.
When we ordered the bill, the waiter just said it was 50€, but oh, surprise! Once we looked at the bill, it was just 45€…
Please have a bit more of self love and go to McDonald’s or another restaurant.
