Easily one of the best vegetarian Pho in the Stuttgart area. Came here many times already and would recommend.

The food was very tasty, but the crispy chicken was absolutely drenched in oil (way more than what is acceptable).

The service was fast and the people were very nice.

I went for take away, and had the chance to observe how the meals are prepared, as there were multiple orders being handled. The food handling hygienic procedures range from questionable to non existent. No gloves when switching from handling money and change to hand picking ingredients from the containers. Sneezing and coughing either on top of the ingredient and stove, to using the hand to catch a sneeze. The same hand that also picks up the ingredients with no gloves on.

I payed as soon as I ordered, before seeying all of this spectacle, otherwise I would have left. I should have left anyways...
