Came in to purchase a tuxedo (Smoking in Deutsch! ????) We were helped by Herr Yu and he was incredible. It took several hours to get the right fit of jacket (my husband is slim so regular fit doesn't work for him), right pant, shirt, deciding if we wanted a cumberbun out a vest, shoes, the whole nine yards, and Hr. Yu was polite and helpful in the face of our complete inexperience with any of this high-level fashion. He made the experience so wonderful we decided to get a business suit in addition to the tuxedo. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we need business clothes.

I went Shopping on this Saturday afternoon. The sales assistants of Shiseido and Longchamp on ground floor was horribly unfriendly, which ruined my good mood and positive impression on Breuninger Stuttgart so far. They didn’t answer my basic question correctly and even yelled at me. (I suppose that I got yelled cuz they couldn’t understand my accent, when I replied them in German?) Especially when the other groups of german customers came, they could even put on another voice and immediately ignored me. Very passive aggressive and unprofessional way of doing! I add another star back for the warm service in women’s sports and swimming suits department, which saved my day.

Mostly friendly sales assistants but one at the Fitting Room ignored me even when I was standing infront of her wearing a Boss Coat too big for me. It was a pleasant experience to shop there.

Very nice and clean but confusing order! Came in on one entrance and couldn't find my way out! After two months still no Ordinary replenishment!

Very nice shopping center. Very open and wide to walk in.
Brands are okay and you should find what you are looking for.
