We are refugees from Ukraine.We lived here for 3 month. We are grateful for their hospitality. If you appreciate cleanliness, order and comfort, then you will love this hotel.

Amazing find in quiet area! Gracious hosts!
Our family had to make last minute changes to our Europe trip due to covid lockdowns. We found this place on the website based on location to the airport and the fact that they had rooms that actually handled our family without a rollaway or sofa bed. We were SOOO impressed with the room we had and the owners went out of their way to help us with our ever changing plans. The place was quiet and located near several amazing restaurants. WIFI was provided. Breakfast was amazing and we were served far more than we could eat. I can't say enough about the hospitality of this place. A definite find ... we will hopefully be able to return post covid. :) Thank you Akzent!

The hotel was a nice place. The rooms were cleaned daily, and they were comfortable enough. The area was nice, and there was train access close by. Also, the WiFi was good. The free breakfast was also quite nice.

However, the owner was rather rude. He made any interaction with him feel like an intrusion, and I was very reluctant to ask questions without feeling belittled by his answers. He made it difficult to feel comfortable in the hotel. There was also a daily parking fee of €6 that I was unaware of until I received the final invoice.

Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay if you don’t have to interact with the owner. It is a great facility, but not a welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel was booked by my work, instead multiple reviews and was at first a bit apprehensive, however I found the negatives to be ill founded. The hotel was very clean and the owners to be very welcoming. The breakfast was good and rooms very clean and comfortable. The hotel's drinks prices were very reasonable and staff very helpful. The hotel offers reasonably priced public transport tickets and is located in a very nice area with plenty of things to do. It's also on between 2 train stations which can take you to the city and has a bus stop outside it's doors. At night the "lobby" is closed however your key works on an alternative entrance. I plan on staying here again for business and personal use.

I'm actually being generous with a 1 star. My partner was threatened u0026 called names because he came to the hotel after 10 pm at night. My partner did not know you must use a back door when the entrance is closed at 10, although the receptionist was standing at the desk, he refused to open the glass door when my partner knocked. After 10 minutes he went to the back door swearing u0026 blinding at my partner. With lack of German language my poor partner was in total panic u0026 fear, begging to be allowed in. Late or not, this is no way to treat a paying guest. There is an extreme lack of customer service here not to mention the difficult location. Pity the good hotels in the area were all booked out, so we were forced to book this. Wish we hadn't.

The owner of the Hotel is the MOST UN-POLITE and RUDE person I have met in all my visits at hotels.

He was trying to telling me all the time that it was my fault that the internet connection was not good and that the magnetic-key was not opening the door at all times.

I was expecting much better respect when he asks 200 euro (!!!!!) per night.

On the day of check-out I took my plane boarding-passes (that he printed for me) from the reception desk and he accused me of stole them (!!!!) because I took them without asking him.

I don't know how they still let him manage a hotel

Friedrich and his family team were more than helpful in accommodating my colleagues on a 20 night stay with constant changes from our end. Nothing was too much trouble, rooms were spacious/clean and breakfast nice. Would definitely recommend. There is a local restaurant called SVM Gaststätte Zoam Schwoabentöpfle Inh which has excellent food, about 5 minutes from the hotel, they were also very kind and allowed us to park our coaches there! Local train station for Stuttgart, Munich, Switzerland
