Clean and practical. The online check-in was not easy. Chrome browser doesn’t work. Used safari to succeed the online check-in. The breakfast was good.

We had the worst hotel experience ever. The guy at the reception knows zero customer service. At first he asked us to pay the parking, although it is already paid online. He said "check what you want, its not paid" I then showed him the payment by email and he said he will have to check!!. They then didn't provide a crib although we asked for one during our reservation online and also by email. He was so rude when we called him to ask for the crib ( yes called, as he wan not in the reception!) And he hang up on us after saying they don't have an extra one. The only good thing there is the lady working, she was nice.
And just so you know, it's like a one star hotel not 3 and they don't have a proper reception, only a small messy closed room which they don't even let you in and talk to you behind the glass.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The receptionist was exceptionally rude!! Our credit card couldn't go through and we were prepared to pay cash. We asked if there were any rooms available and they said, "Yes but not for you!" in a very rude fashion. We did not deserve such treatment. This hotel deserves a downgrade in their rating. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Check in was absolutely terrible. The guy was SO rude. He yelled at us and hung up on the speaker several times. He blamed us for not understanding english end refused to help us get into the psrking when we arrived. We had to read the email he sent us (on day lf check-in). The email was in German and he was so upset when I explained I do not understand and google wont translate cause the email was a "picture". I've never been treated so terrible before...

Nothing is in English and the staff speaks very limited English. I guess it's for germans only.

The rooms: nice, mostly clean. Lot of room and a modern interior. The toilets however are super noisy. The room isn't sealed so you can hear everything going on. The door and half the wall is glass so privacy is not key here.
We didn't see any roomservice and was told it was due to corona. We stayed at more hotels during our holiday, thos was the only place that completely ignored roomservice.

Breakfast: was very decent, many different choices. All was single wrapped and brought to the table due to corona. It clearly gave them more work than they were used to. We had to order the food on the day of arrival, it was all in German so we had no idea. A nice receptionist tried to translate.

Lokation is really great and the only thing earning them the one star.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. Unfriendly, unhelpful and rude staff. Hotel canceled our booking on the date of arrival without prior warning. Arrived at the hotel and no recourse offered by them to resolve it. Inflexible check in timing.

Horrible place and support, we got an email after booking a room all in german instructions. when we got to the place we couldn't find anyone to talk to at the reception. Eventually, they answered and hanged up the phone in my face when I asked for help!!!

We couldn't understand where the parking is and EVERYTHING here is in German like they don't even intend on getting guests from abroad.
