Die Uhr fiel am Band beim ersten Tragen auseinander!!! Wieder hingefahren und reklamiert. Statt einer Entschuldigung bekam man nur bla bla. Die Store Managerin steckte IN meinem Beisein den Stift (der die einzelnen Glieder zusammenhält) in die Öffnung. Allerdings war kein Werkzeug zum festziehen dort, sodass ich einen Tag später kommen sollte, da die Uhr zu Kaufhof zum festziehen gebracht werden muss. Einen Tag später erzählt mir dann die 3 unfreundliche Verkäuferin, dass alles ok mit der Uhr gewesen sei und alles fest war! WTF??? DER STIFT WURDE NUR PROVISORISCH VOR MEINEN AUGEN REINGESTECKT!!!! Erklärungen und Diskussionen brachten nichts. Ich war soeben in einem anderen Schmuckgeschäft mit der Bitte, die Uhr bzw. das Band zu überprüfen. Und einmal raten. Jaaaaa das verdammte Armband wurde am besagten Stift nicht festgezogen und es wäre nur eine Frage der Zeit gewesen, bis ich die 400 € Uhr wieder verloren hätte!
