Very friendly and down to earth experience, the owner's passion for their animals is noticable at all times.
During the 3,5h "Alpaca-time" you're able to be in the midst of many Alpacas and get quite close to them (1-2m) but by nature they're not keen on being touched, so don't expect being able to pet them.
During the hike, every person gets their own Llama or Alpaca assigned and leads them in a caravan. Sometimes they might lead you instead.
Anyone who can look past it being less of a physical experience and is able to enjoy observing and appreciating these animals will have a great time!
