I have been there three times to try out and basically take a look at the gym, and all three times I was rudelly rejected. First time, they told me that I need an id, okay makes sense so far. Next time, I went their with my id and they told me I also need a proof of residence, something that they forgot to mention at the first time. I ask them if there is anything else I need for try out, they say no. I arrive the third time and they said that I need a reservation to try out and they turn me down again. To clarify I don't mind what try-out policy they choose to have, but it is unacceptable that the first two times they didn't even care to explain everything I need although I asked and instead they dismissed me rudely. The people I met on the reception make you feel unwelcome and they are unhelpfull and rude at best. Even if the facilities were good, my rating for this place won't change, because I just spent 1.5 hours going back and forth to the gym for no reason. All three times, I had a friend with me who speaks german so he could translate and also all three times were on different days and with different people on the reception.
This is not the way you treat potential customers, not even people in general!
