the gym is absolutelly fine - the only problem is, you can feel the greed of that company - for everything you gotta pay - forgot your keycard? 2 euros, forgot your towel? couple euros, get your money from the corona time back in cash? nope, not happening - its disgusting feeling that way - other than that - they got a good sauna , solarium, massage rooms and decent equipment - you can train pretty good there

Terrible customer services, the only thing that these employees at the front desk good at is lying, and giving false information just to get you sogn the contract with them.

Also, eventhough there is some facilities to disabled people but the employees are not supportive at all to people with disabilities.

Glad that I got my monthly contract cancelled with them.

Massive modern gym.
Went there to give it a try and want to change now right away. I was earlyish (9:00), so finding a parking spot was easy and it wasn't crowded at all.
The machines are super modern. The staff is nice and the prices are fair (18, 28 and 38€ for different packages).

The gym is nice and will organized. It actually deserves 4 or maybe 5 stars but the main problem is with the employees working there. Some of them are really bad at communicating and don't even want to reply to "Hello".

I have been there three times to try out and basically take a look at the gym, and all three times I was rudelly rejected. First time, they told me that I need an id, okay makes sense so far. Next time, I went their with my id and they told me I also need a proof of residence, something that they forgot to mention at the first time. I ask them if there is anything else I need for try out, they say no. I arrive the third time and they said that I need a reservation to try out and they turn me down again.To clarify I don't mind what try-out policy they choose to have, but it is unacceptable that the first two times they didn't even care to explain everything I need although I asked and instead they dismissed me rudely. The people I met on the reception make you feel unwelcome and they are unhelpfull and rude at best. Even if the facilities were good, my rating for this place won't change, because I just spent 1.5 hours going back and forth to the gym for no reason. All three times, I had a friend with me who speaks german so he could translate and also all three times were on different days and with different people on the reception.

This is not the way you treat potential customers, not even people in general!

This place is a joke. I walked in there to get information beyond the stuff on their website and sign up for a membership. I was outright rejected by some babyface buff-boy too cool for school. Seriously, I had to help the guy through his own flyer (which wasn't any more informative than the website). The contemptuous smile he put on as I asked him to explain his membership plans to me was just another red flag.

I mean I never trained there. But the time I spend in there was about the most uncomfortable it can get for somebody looking for a gym.
