Worst store ever
I rarely writes comments this is may be my second comment in my whole life but I must share my experience here
I literally cried yesterday after waiting for two months, sleeping on ground (because they gave me wrong information about the waiting time , they told me that I will get sms as soon as my furniture arrives at store surely I got nothing I had to call then they told me I must wait 1 month again
Yesterday finally they came at my apartment (I live in France )
The workers pretended that they don’t speak neither French or English after waiting for two hours they came (speaking very well French ) told me that the childrens bunk bed
is broken and it might fell on them if they continued to work on it
That the childrens wardrobe is missing pieces and that my wardrobe do an annoying sound and that I should wait one month so the sound may disappear and if not I should call again The manager called me yesterday and he said to me that he will call me to day (never happened) to see what they could do
I went to the store again today the seller wouldn’t let me see her manager
She told me I do a scene for a wardrobe
I told her I wonder if she accepts that her children sleep on ground for two months and that I should wait again
There was another gentleman who came to return his furniture they accepted right away
I never felt more humiliated and injustice in my life and for things I bought for my own money. there are a lot more disgusting details and the thing that annoys me the most I can do nothing literally nothing
really unfair
If I could send the photos of what I’ve got In my Appartement I would’ve show every one what am talking about
