Very expensive for a chaotic restaurant with low-end buffet.

Located in a very nice hotel, a pity that the restaurant isn't on the same level.

Eating here in this Restorant was very special for me and for my family. I couldn’t eat in the first day because there was no free table in the first day, and the second day I came back with my family and we got a table we spent there like more than two hours and half I was eating with my family while my kids were enjoying the water fountain the food was brilliant. The view was so Lovely and so amazing this is why we came back in the second day to eat in this restaurant after asking about the menu on the first day. Did operation of this restaurant was really wow you feel like you are in one of the palaces and you feel like you are living in the past for me it was very good and unforgettable experience I highly recommend this restaurant to all of you

Very poor quality of food, all dishes are written in German with mainly no indication of the ingredients. So if you have any food allergies or food restriction this Resturant is not the right choice. Also the waiters and waitresses have a very negative attitude.

The breakfast buffet is awesome! You have plenty variety of bread. They have sausage, hash browns, bacon and egg. The ham and cheese are delicious.
The only thing what is annoying are the German and French people. They cannot wait and are cutting the line all the time.

Reserved through the official Europapark website where the menu was also available. We went there and first they told told us we must have done something wrong as they do not take any reservations for lunch. When we showed the reservation confirmation they told us they only have a minimal selection for lunch so we left... Totally unorganised.
