This is for sure one of (if not the most) the most unique restaurants I’ve ever seen and eaten at. The concept is just incredible and fits so wel in Europapark.. The service is quick thanks to the rails the food gets delivered on, and it’s always fresh out of the kitchen!

They can make some mistakes because of the new systems they’re trying there though.. Waiting times can go up and mistakes do happen because of this (got a drink I didn’t even order). Also the menu is s bit limited, and I do think that it could have just a bit more variation.

For the rest this restaurant is really a eye catcher, and really the most instagrammable restaurant I’ve seen so far.

The concept is great and kids love it. The food is below average. If you decide to eat here, order the kids menu for yourself as it's better than other dishes.

The restaurant itself is pretty innovative and fun to experience and it does have a lot of potential. The only problem is that the food is underwhelming. It’s great to watch your food travel in small pots to your table via the loops but it should also taste good. I had the tomato cream soup which tasted alright but the veal with mushroom cream sauce and spätzle was simply horrible I couldn’t eat more than two spoons. The meat texture was completely off it did not taste like meat and the sauce didn’t taste even remotely like the rahmsauce that I usually love but instead tasted like water with too much vegetable broth thickened with starch . Still giving two stars because the restaurant is interactive and fun for all age groups.

The burger and veggie burger weren't so good
The restaurant staff was excellent

This place serves some of the best food in Europa-Park, though quality depends on the dish: some dishes are outstanding, others simply very good. There's always a waiting line and it takes some getting used to figuring out the digital ordering system. But once you do, your mealtime will be smooth sailing: thanks to the restaurant's unique food delivery system - which is not just innovative and entertaining to watch - food can be delivered efficiently (some dishes, like burgers, fries, and soda drinks even arrive almost as soon as the order is placed) and without the need for interaction with restaurant personnel - who might otherwise be swamped with work, forget your order, etc. All in all the best place by far to eat when in Europa-Park!
