The rooms were simple but good, and the staff was very friendly. It is at walking distance from both Europa park and Rulantica, and their parking avoids paying for the theme park parkings. Breakfast was good, with the possibility to sign up for it the day before.
Our only negative point is there was no AC present, and that the rooms were thus really hot during our stay.

Acceptable but not optimal. Close to Europa-Park. However, a bit noisy and loud in the evening due to the terrace restaurant downstairs. Not good for families with children, rather for young people. WIFI rather weak. Leaving luggage at reception can be troublesome. The lady at reception was not friendly during our departure.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, if a little small. The food was also very good; there wasn't a huge amount of choice, but it all tasted fantastic.

Lovely hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Bar staff and management are great, really welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for our family. Special mention to Colin, he's such a fun barman who kept our glasses full all evening, and treated the kids like mini adults.
We will definitely be back!

Very friendly, didn't spent much time there as it is 5 minutes away from Europa-Park. Also in a beautiful part of Rust with a lot of restaurants near. The rooms had everything we needed with 3 beds, clean sheets, towels, hand sanitizer, etc etc

Really friendly staff. They will break their backs to make sure you enjoy your stay. The food is amazing and they cater for all. Would gladley come again.
