The manner of dealing is inappropriate and they do not have business honesty, I baught a bike without ability to check it in the houseware, when I am at home, I found It is not OK. And the secound day I want to replace or return it. They refused and deal with me in an unrespectful way.

Very nice set up and you get a good quality product for a fair price but their personnel are extremely unfriendly maybe it's because of the language barrier irrespective of the gap a communication, a simple smile on their faces could give a better perception.
They must improve in customer relations

I wanted to buy something practical . Only in POCO i found it. Normally it was exoensive than I expected. Generally the market is expensive than I expected.
