Stayed here with a band I've been to oberhausen 3 times before and it was my first time staying here. Its very central 5 minute walk from the station and plenty of shop bar and restaurants within 1k.Place is super quirky. Good veggie options on the menu although I didn't have a mains there my self, some others did and said it was good.

I wasn't able to test the home-oriented, warm food this time, but will do so next time. The adjacent small theater will also be checked next time due to lack of time. If you prefer a hotel that doesn't meet the cool standards and if you feel comfortable in a family environment, you're in good hands here. I can only warmly recommend this hotel and restaurant, also for visitors of concerts in the Rudolf-Weber Arena/Köpi-Arena, which is only 3 stops from the main train station with almost any train/bus in the direction.

Das Frühstück war sehr günstig für das, was wunderbar garniert aufgetischt wurde. Am Vorabend wurden wir aufmerksam nach Essensvorlieben (vegan/vegetarisch) gefragt. Das heimatorientierte, warme Essen konnte ich dieses Mal nicht testen, aber folgt beim nächsten Mal. Auch das anliegende kleine Theater wird aufgrund von Zeitmangel beim nächsten Mal gecheckt. Wer ein Hotel bevorzugt, welches nicht den kühlen Standards entspricht und wer sich im familiären Umfeld wohlfühlt, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ich kann dieses Hotel und die Gaststätte nur wärmstens empfehlen, auch für Besucher von Konzerten in der Rudolf-Weber Arena/Köpi-Arena, die vom Hauptbahnhof nur 3 Haltestellen mit so gut wie jeder Bahn/jedem Bus in die Richtung zu erreichen ist.

Tolles Hotel, Restaurant, Theater in einem Objekt. Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist ideal. Die Einrichtung ist urig und originell. Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück reichlich und gut. Geschäftsleitung und Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und immer bemüht dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt wo man schnell mal was kaufen kann, falls man nicht alles mit im Gepäck dabei hat. Sehr gemütlich, sehr interessant und liebevoll eingerichtet, kein Standard 0/8/15. Alles sauber und ordentlich, parken im Innenhof, der nachts abgeschlossen ist. Die Speisekarte ist super und meine Rinderroulade war himmlisch! Sofort wieder, wenn der Weg nach Oberhausen führt!
