It’s a beautiful hotel. Very new and cozy. I would definitely stay there again. Very happy with everything. I would give it 5 stars but I think there is a room for improvement when it comes to the staff. They were not rude but rather uninterested and slow, but I feel like that’s a common problem everywhere in Germany.

We liked staying here! Everything was complete in the room, bar fridge, microwave,TV,etc

The beds were also comfy, water pressure was good in the bathroom, they also give free drink if you skip the cleaning services
The hotel itself is very close to the underground ,few minutes walk, that made our visit to the tourist spots very convenient.

Just one small hiccup, the check-in was good, but was made slow by few drunk guys at the counter as they took forever with their check ins!
this frustrated us even more as we were really tired after a long travel from Italy.
Just wished the person at counter could have been more strict and tell them off since they were making others wait and that too close to midnight !

Situated very close to both U (subway) and S (train) makes it easy to travel to all places in Nuremberg.
Spacious rooms with kitchen facilities, large bathroom, beds are 90 cm each, small table and two chairs. Window can be opened, rooms facing the road have two sets of windows ensuring a quite and peaceful night.

The breakfast is good and reasonably priced. An efficient team keeps the buffet fresh and replenished at all times.

The bathroom has got only one all purpose soap, and the kitchen is without any equipment unless you deposit €50.

One of our rooms had a faulty fridge, which probably had been out of order for some time.

Unfriendly receptionist... had an uncomfortable experience.

Besides of that, the rooms are quite modern and very pretty. If you like lions it's a plus.
There is also a subway connection nearby that provides a quick ride to Nuremberg's central train station in less than 10 minutes.

The hotel is really new, the rooms are very spacious and the staff is pretty attentive. The only downside is that the kitchen in the rooms didn't really fit our necessity. Considering that we had a long stay (30 days), it was a bit disappointing getting there and being told that we couldn't cook in the room.

Rooms are modern and, as the hotel name suggests, lion themed. The tap has a motion sensor that is unfortunately not very sensitive and thus wastes quite a bit of water. Quite a cool design overall, with friendly staff.

I’m a consistent traveller and have never seen worse customer service in my life. The people at the front desk are extremely racist. I asked for a coffee and the person at the front desk said they are busy. Two seconds later, a white customer asks for the same thing, and the worker gives it to him right away. This has happened numerous times where they delay and try to avoid giving us any types of service due to us being a different race/colour. I Do not recommend this racist hotel for anyone and I will certainly not be coming back myself.
