My train was cancelled due to weather and I was stranded in nuremberg, I saw this hotel was 20min walk from the station and had 24 hour check in, I called up to confirm the set up and was greeted by a lovely woman who explained everything to me, I arrived at 3am and it was really easy getting into my room which was just what I needed and they had a bottle of water waiting and some sweets in my room ! I had a great sleep and nice shower in the morning and asked if I could stay a bit longer (late check out) the woman allowed me to stay so I could sleep longer and she was just so friendly and understanding! After a 7 hour train journey it was nice to just be able to relax. Would definitely recommend!!

The hotel and rooms have been modernized while keeping accents from its history, such as beautiful brick walls.

Room was very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was full of variety with all kinds of warm breads and rolls.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The stay was good, the room was reasonably clean as well. And covid arrangements well thought through. If you are using the underground parking around the corner from the hotel, inform the hotel and they'll leave the keys for the garage in the room. The host was kind and pleasant.
Small improvements can go a long way, the bathroom can do with some shelves. Extremely small sachets of soap is in the room, definitely not enough for a shower. And the floor in room is icky, if you're a bare foot person, I would remember to take a pair of slippers.

Great location, very clean and nice room. I would definitely recommend this hotel also for families with kids and pets. Very easy to do the check in,everything you can do online also. Perfect place!

Very nice boutique hotel. We enjoyed a crisp, clean room and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet and nice modern dining room. Friendly staff all around. Free parking just around the corner. Would book it again when in Nuremberg

We checked out 2 hours after checking in.  The hotel should not be offering free parking.  What they are talking about is a gravel public lot in another street by the railway tracks which is full of old abandoned cars.  We didn’t think our car would still be there in the morning or we would find it damaged.  The neighbourhood is not nice.  There are no close amenities and we didn’t feel it would be safe after dark.  When we checked in we were not told that our booking was not prepaid.  When we checked out we had to do it by phone as the hotel was unmanned after 3pm.  We were not told at that point either that our booking had not been prepaid.  Two days later we got an email from our travel agent who advised that the Arthotel had reported us to the police for fraud.  We thought this was ridiculous as we were still in Nuremberg and the hotel had easily got hold of our travel agent.  The room was pretty average and had mould in the shower.  You couldn’t leave the window open as anyone in the adjoining apartment could have climbed in. The path up to the entry was poorly maintained and had grass growing between the pavers.  We went and stayed at a hotel near the main station and right beside the old town.  Much better location, swimming pool and didn’t cost a lot more.  We had booked into Arthotel for two nights and the hotel refused to part-refund the second night.
