Wir haben dieses Wochenende das Stellwerk gemietet. Hier hat sich dieses Jahr einiges getan. Der neue Verein, der nun das Stellwerk in der Hand hat, hat wirklich einiges in die Räumlichkeiten und den Außenbereich investiert.

Dazu wurde der Kühlschrank um einen großen und einen kleinen erweitert. Auch eine Spülmaschine ist wieder vor Ort. Ideal, um auch für größere Feiern dort einzuladen.
Mit viel Liebe in dekorative Details ist es einfach eine super schöne gemütliche Location und die neue Musik Anlage ist ideal um das Tanzbein zu schwingen.

Das Stellwerk ist ein kleines Häuschen im Partyviertel, das man für private Feiern mieten kann. Es besteht aus 2 Räumen über 2 Stockwerke verteilt und einem kleinen Garten mit überdachtem Bereich.
Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, viele Fensterscheiben kaputt, überall stehen alte/dreckige Stühle oder andere nicht mehr verwendbare Gegenstände rum. Insgesamt ist augenscheinlich schon lange nichts mehr investiert worden, eher dreckig. Nur zum Feiern im Sommer geeignet, es gibt keine komplett schließenden Türen, wegwegen es sehr schnell kalt wird. Licht gibt es kaum, muss man selbst mitbringen.
Positiv ist, dass im Preis die Nutzung einer Musikanlage inkludiert ist. EIn Kühlschrank ist auch nutzbar, dieser steht allerdings im überdachten Außenbereich, in dem es bei Regen nass wird (Stromschlaggefahr?).
EIn weiterer Vorteil ist wohl, dass man kaum putzen muss nach der Feier, da das Haus eh recht dreckig ist.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist leider sehr mangelhaft, persönliche Termine kaum möglich. Nach Zahlung des Mietpreises gibt es weder eine Terminbestätigung, noch einen Mietvertrag oÄ. Wirkt dadurch sehr unprofessionell. Der Aussage anderer Mieter nach scheint der Mietpreis auch Verhandlungssache zu sein. Warten auf die Kautionsrückzählen bis 1 Monat nach der Nutzung.
Als Feier-Location nur zu empfehlen, wenn eine sehr einfache örtlichkeit gesucht wird. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis allerdings fraglich.
