Very accommodating to my wife who undergo tests. Counter lady doesn’t speak good English but she went out of her way to explain where and what will be done. Appreciate much the effort.
The attending medical officer was really great. She speaks good English too and explained everything that will be done and let’s my wife understand why. Kudos to the good people of the hospital!

The second anaesthesiologist speaks beautifully in English - the first doctor has no knowledge of the language. The rest of the staff at a high level, I hope that the rest will also be taken care of professionally.

I came to the the hospital alone with a head injury from snowboarding having been sent by my doctor to get a CT scan; after taking my insurance details and being told after 2 1/2 hours waiting that in a few hours to come I could possibly get an x-ray and then they’d assess the situation to see if I needed a scan. I had nausea, sickness, burning in my head and the woman only communicated to tell me that “because I was British - No longer being in the EU meant I had to pay” I informed the woman about the transition period and my residency status and when a doctor was present when I returned the form they made me fill out the woman in the emergency department changed her tone to me when I questioned the way she spoke to me. I explained my symptoms and they had no urgency to try to help at all. My German speaking skills are limited and felt prejudiced which added stress to an already difficult experience.
Of all the hospitals I’ve visited globally this’ by far the worst experience I’ve dealt with.
I left feeling nauseous and sick with a head injury after 3 hours having no sight as to when I could possibly be seen as they seemed more bothered about me not having my passport although I traveled from work to the doctors and then to the hospital and don’t carry that document daily.

I was looked after lovingly and sensitively, everyone was very friendly, attentive, tried hard and just wonderful.
A stay in the hospital is generally not what you wish for, but here my time was made as comfortable as possible and I was able to recover in peace.
Any inquiries were taken seriously and resolved super quickly.
Everyone here certainly has their hands full, but as a patient I didn't notice anything.

Ich war vier Tage, nach einer Operation, auf der Station der Gynäkologie/Frauenklinik. Großes Lob an Alle!
Es wurde sich liebevoll und einfühlsam um mich gekümmert, alle waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, bemüht und einfach ganz wundervoll.
Ein Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus ist generell nichts was man sich wünscht aber hier wurde mir die Zeit so angenehm wie möglich gemacht und ich konnte mich in Ruhe erholen.
Jegliche Anfragen wurden ernst genommen und super schnell geklärt.
Mit Sicherheit hat hier Jeder, alle Hände voll zu tun, allerdings habe ich als Patient, hiervon nichts gemerkt.

Schwestern und Ärzte sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Essen war auch sehr lecker.
Wegen meiner Allergien wurde mir sogar eine Diätassistentin geschickt, die mich beraten hat um mir das passende Essen aussuchen zu können ????.

Ich bin entsetzt,wie man hier mit Leuten umgeht!
Mein Mann liegt auf M1
Weil mein Mann gestern am Abend so komisch am Telefon reagiert hat,habe ich mir die ganze Nacht Sorgen gemacht,dass irgendwas mit ihm nicht in Ordnung ist.
Ab 8 Uhr habe ich versucht,ihn zu erreichen,aber es war nicht möglich.
Habe dann auf der Station gefragt,ob mit meinem Mann etwas nicht stimmt,weil ich ihn nicht erreichen kann und da hat man mir gesagt,sie könnten keine Auskunft geben und mir eine Nummer gegeben und der Arzt würde mir dann Genaueres erklären.
Ich war dann total in Panik,weil ich dachte,es ist was Schlimmes passiert!
Die Nummer war die Premiumstation und da wusste keiner etwas von meinem Mann.
Habe dann wieder auf M1 angerufen und da war die Sekretärin am Apparat und hat gesagt,sie sei unterwegs und könne mir auch keine Auskunft geben und ich soll am Nachmittag einen Arzt anrufen.
Ich hab mich total aufgeregt,denn ich hatte so Angst!!!
Habe dann nochmal bei meinem Mann am Bett angerufen und da war er plötzlich dran.
Das Telefon war nicht richtig eingesteckt!
Kann man nicht,wenn eine besorgte Ehefrau anruft ,kurz im Zimmer nachschauen,was los ist,als einen in Angst und Schrecken zu versetzen?
