But they have anything electronic here you can imagine along with kitchen appliances etc etc. store is nicely located in a mall it’s very clean and everyone was friendly I bought a Nintendo switch game for my daughter and a 1tb wd black ssd for ps5

I purchased washing machine and it was a nice experience. It was delivered withing 3 days and luckily got disckunt as it was display peace. I found the pricing was competitive and the shop floor was very organised. Even they deliver online

Worst Media Markt I have visited.
Assistants too busy to help you with your queries, I was shunted from one to another 5 times before I gave up and walked out.
Go elsewhere and save your time trying to buy anything from here.

You asked me to email you regarding my 1 star review.
If you read my review you will understand my complaint regarding your business and I will not waste any more of my time emailing you to add nothing further to my original rating. Why would I give you more of my time when your (paid) employees were not willing to give me any of theirs?
Read previous reviews from other people who also complain about the poor customer service at your store and act upon them.

Bought a headset, a wireless charger and a phone casing. Hospitable merchandisers assist you -- and they do their best to speak English to me. (Ich spreche kein Deutsch)
