Nice and clean, great breakfast. I had no problems with switching the rooms or requesting a spare key. The only downside is the location, the hotel is next to a busy road, so if you wake up easily it's better to take a room with a window facing the hotel car park. I had a nice stay.

A disappointing stay. All hotels full so we had to pay Euro 299 for the room. Rooms are very small, pictures on here are not accurate. Air conditioning in the room is useless, the hotel was very warm. The light food at the bar is either burgers, toasted sandwiches or pizza. But no pizzas available. Despite being fully booked no extra ordering for Fu0026B appeared to have taken place. Lastly I woke up to a small cockroach and his friend crawling across my bed. I managed to capture one but the other escaped. Not great all round really.

They are not helpful. Even though we came from a long journey, they kept our group of 6 people waiting for an hour. Moreover, our reservation was corporate. There is no water in the room. The breakfast is very poor. I had to use the fire escape to get an iron from my friend who was staying on another floor and I got a little stuck. There is no telephone in the room to reach the reception. You have to go down to the reception for any of your requests. The toilet and the sink are not in the same place. I would never recommend staying here.

Despite all booking websites stating that this is a pet friendly hotel, on arrival we were told that dogs are not allowed. Apparently this is their policy, which is not easy to find on their website. I understand that and false information can be put on booking websites by someone's mistake. What I do not understand is how it is acceptable for the reception staff to be so rude and unpleasant about that. How the clients should feel when after long journey and hoping to have a rest, just to be told off, without any sympathy or understanding. I have to say that their manager was much more understanding, helpful and polite. Until the front desk staff will get the grip on the simple manners, I suggest you should avoid them.

I choose this hotel to stay overnight before catching a flight from nürnberg.
+ location and good connection to airport: Next to Ubhan station and it takes 7 minutes by metro to the airport from Nordostbahnhof station. metro frequency is one every 10 min .
+ optimal price for one night
+ comfortable room for 2 people with great lighting (regular light and special calming night light) . Love it.
+ good Staff who handle any issue with positive solution based approach.

- The rooms don’t have phone, so if you need anything or anything is wrong then you have to go down to reception yourself .
- They don’t provide brush kit.
- The Hotel room service needs a bit improvement. First time when I stayed the coffee kettle wasn’t clean, but they offered me a free coffee at bar instead. During Second stay they forgot to put shower gel in the room, so I had to go down to get one .

Was there for one day. Very bad service, no phone, no complimentary water in the rooms. Outside of the hotel is very noisy. My air conditioner was very loud, but i couldnt call the reception for help.
They accept the payment only in check in not after it which is really weird.
Breakfast was very poor, they didnt refill the nutella even tough we requested from them.

Very good breakfast, fast wi-fi, friendly staff.
Arrangement of the shower in the room is a bit strange, but okay.
Location is excellent, it is right opposite the Ubahn station (5 minutes from the airport). You can also take a nice walk to the Altstat (about 30 minutes).
There is a mall, Aldi and Lidl nearby.
