I've to agree with some of the reviews here, despite being private, waiting times are always long, some staff are friendly but some others definitely not, and I've always had the feeling being private they try to do and charge as much as possible (like €80 for "advice" that consisted on reading and checking off a list of 15 items. €400+ bill for one routine visit). They definitely have the facilities and the staff but they have way to go to became close to excellent. Unfortunately they don't take constructive critic well either but I do hope they manage to improve. 2018 - I’m going to give them a 4 star as the waiting times have massively improved. And so has the treatment, it could be with the fact that I changed my doctor within the clinic.

I have been a patient from Dr. Firnschild since more than 3 years an Im more than pleasant to be there. Personal is very friendly and there was days where I had to wait but mostly I dont wait more than 5min. In addition I have been in contact with some others doctors on the same Clinic as my doctor has been on vacations and I was not happy as it was quite fast and impersonal. So if you did not have good experience with one doctor try with other is my advice. I give 5 stars as im very happy with the clinic and satisfied with the clinical support specially now that Im pregnant.

This is not happening. I am not going to pay for the 25-Hydroxy-Vitamin D test.
I went there to do the body check-up, then I was asked what I would like to check. I was shocked with this question, but anyway, she did breast check by simply touching them and Ultraschallkontrolle.
Then I told her that I have been feeling really warm in winter since last year, and my doctor said that it could hormone related, and i explained her this, and she said that this can't be true, it should be Vitamin D. Considering my health, I decide to do the test if it is associated with my symptom.
2 weeks later i received the bill without knowing the result. i called them, and they said that they tried to reach out to me, but they could not. Today we figured out that they record the wrong number. If this is the case, could not they check the call history and call me back. I previously also contacted them via email, they have my email address, could not they simply write me an email? NO. THEY DID NOT DO IT, and I had to make an appointment.
I was there today and was informed that my Vitamin D level is low and i should take the Vitamin. i asked if I will feel better (not that warm) if i take it. Then she said that I did not tell her. COME ON, I went there for body check-up and my warmth. and this is misunderstanding. SERIOUSLY? I might not understand the medical terms that well, but my German level is good enough to express myself my symptoms. This can't be true.

Termine hat man auch sehr zeitnah bekommen und ohne lange Wartezeit in der Praxis.
