Coming to my personal experience with Polstermöbel Fischer,I Ordered a U-shape couch and waited for 3 months then I got a wrong one which is L-Shape couch and with the bed function covered with another material (original request was to have the bed function from the same material used in the couch) !! The problem is that I was mandated to wait for another 3 months to get the correct couch ((hopefully)) without any proper compensation from their side for the long waiting time (almost 6 months) or for the wasted time for installing and uninstalling a wrong couch.
After asking for a compensation they offered 2 small decoration pillows !!
I'm really disappointed about the complaints handling.
I gave 2 stars only for the good material and the friendly staff specially Frau Dötzer.

Nach 2 Jahren Suche nach einem neuen Sofa (bei den großen Möbelhäusern) wurden wir hier beim ersten Mal fündig. Hier gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl an Polstermöbel in unterschiedlichsten Ausführungen und Maßen. Die Beratung durch Frau D. war sehr angenehm, kompetent und ausführlich. Da wir auch genügend "ungestörte" Zeit zur Entscheidungsfindung hatten, ging hier eine 2jährige Reise in wenigen Stunden zu Ende. Wir haben unser Sofa gefunden! Vielen Dank - wir kommen wieder.
