Great hotel! All the staff were very helpful and we got checked in and out very efficiently. The car park is expensive at €20 a day. However compared to all places in Nuremberg it’s similar prices. The breakfast is available daily at €16 per head. Food choices are to fit all kinds of taste, would recommend if staying here. As for the rooms they are kept nice and clean, house keepers ensure rooms are at high standards every day. All amenities are provided E.g. shampoo, toiletries, towels and more. Room has very nice design with multi coloured ambient lighting around the room. Only thing I would want to let the hotel know about is the windows in the hotel rooms do not have locks. So they do open all the way, some may find this good. However if you do have kids and you’re staying at higher levels I would be careful as the ledge to the window is not that high. Other than that, amazing place!

Air condition was not working with 32 degrees outside. We were not warned about that until before we entered the room - there was a note on a table.
In my humble opinion such things should be announced as soon as they appear. Phone, email, on a check desk, for god's sake! But no - hotel didn't want us to cancel reservation when we still could.
Breakfast is really great, though. Second star for that.

The staff were exceptional in going out if their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. Despite us arriving very early they were able to find us a lovely room, upgrading us in the process. There were so accommodating in letting us store our luggage and were so friendly and helpful at all times. Room was lovely and location near the altstadt and close to railway station is perfect.

The hotel rooms and breakfast are both good and defintely worth the price. What made out stay bad was the hospitality. When entering the room, is was clear for us as non smokers that there had recently been smoked in the room. If the smell was not to heavy, we would have accepted this, but as the smell was too disturbing to enjoy the stay, we went to the reception. When raising this issue to the hotel manager, he accompanied us to the hotel room. When entering the room, he immediately said that there was no smell of smoke and he kept laughing at us. He noted that if there had been smoked, the smoke detector would alarm and the cleaners would note the smoking. For us as non smokers, we could even figure out that it was possible to smoke without activating the smoke detector by opening the large windows in the room. We fully understand that it was not possible to switch rooms as the hotel was fully booked, but the reaction of the hotel manager was very disappointing and a sign of bad hospitality. Laughing at your guests is always a bad idea. No next stay for us at this place when this manager is still there.

Great location, just 10 minutes walk from the city, generally clean, some scuff marks here and there but that's down to customers not the hotel. Nice mall with food in the main station and the opposite way another mall again with eateries.

Nice hotel! We got a quiet and comfortable room. The multicoloured light on the top of the bed is a nice touch and made the room look very intimate and cosy. The bed was also very comfortable (this remark comes from a person with a low adaptability to new matresses and pillows). There is mineral water, as well as a possibility to make tea and coffee in the room, no mini bar though, but you can purchase water and snacks from the vending machine in the hotel lobby or at the bar. The TV is equipped with Chromecast and AirPlay. There is a small closet and a safe deposit box with a pin code in the room. The bathroom is small, but very well compartmentalized and the hotel offers liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There are available parking spots in the garage, which can be accessed with the same card which unlocks the room. When leaving you will need to ask the receptionist for a special coin to be able to open the garage door and exit. Breakfast is also very good and it offers a lot of options (pastry, cheese, yogurt, ham, sausages, fruit, vegetables, eggs in different forms, pancakes, coffe - even sirup for flavoured coffee, juices, water, etc.) Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I recommend this hotel!

The breakfast, the services and the room quality were very good. The only negative was the broken AC. When I opened the window at night, I could not sleep because of the noise, when I closed it, there were hot and no air in the room.
