Clean hotel and surprisingly generous spacious rooms and wonderful bathroom. On a relatively busy street however the windows are well insulated and you cannot hear anything when shut. Staff were not exactly going out of their way to be helpful but no complaints. Location wise it is very convenient only a short walk from the station and the old town. Nürnberg is a fantastic city rich in history ancient and more modern, surrounding industrial history is also fascinating. Reconnect doing a walking tour if you get a chance we’ll worth it.

Super clean and well equipped rooms. Nice service and a friendly bar. The pool is also very nice and a nice on top service. We had a graet stay. The hotel is situated nexy to the main station in Nürnberg so you can start your tour directly from the hotel.

Such a great hotel! Felt like luxury hotels. Executive room with amazing service. Clean, huge rooms for Europe standards. Free minibar and pool/spa access!

Im used to stay at your hotel when visiting Nuernberg but the quality this time has really dropped down, if nothing change I will probably not book this other anymore.
First, when I arrive at the hotel for checking, even if I was the only guest checking in, I had to wait for more than 5 minutes that somebody pops up behind the reception, I even enter the office behind the reception to check if there was somebody there.
Second- Behind the bar, we had 2 bar tenders and still I had to wait quite a long time before they say 'hi' to me and ask if I would like to get something.
Third-When I ask to order some food from the restaurant, I heard that the restaurant was close due to issues with staff and that only 3 choices of pasta + 4 choices of pizza were available....no starters, no salades, no meat, no dessert.....the choice was very very limited.
Fourth- People behind the bar complaining about their pay condition (compensation package), which is according to them the reasons of those staffing issues.
Fith- Staffing at Breakfast area less welcoming that I'm used to + quality of breakfast has decreased
I hope that the hotel manager will take appropriate measure to remediate those issues

The hotel is a total rip off! We paid 300+ USD for an executive room to get 2 beds (traveling 2 adults and 1 kid). There was however only 1 bed in the room and only after noticing the reception twice they came with an additional bed at 9 in the evening. The bed was a disaster and basically not suitable for anyone with a weight of more than 10kg.

The hotel is at a super busy street with lots of traffic and noise from cars and trams all night which accommodates for an uncomfortable nights sleep, the pool is small and very busy and the hotel as such is completely unsuitable for kids.

In conclusion this an overpriced and super boring business hotel. Paying +300 USD in Germany is a lot, even in expensive cities like Munich, Hamburg or Frankfurt you would get a much better hotel for the price. We will not come back.

In general, the hotel is clean but the competence of the staff leaves much to be desired: in the SPA area no one was available to ask for information or discuss. At the same time, only drinking water was available for hydration.
Breakfast is quite modest and costs 19 Euros per person - extremely high price for what it offers.
My invoices were wrong and I tried to correct it but it was quite difficult to communicate with the staff and to send me the correct invoices.

Location is great. Pool/sauna are enjoyable
Bed u0026 pillows were terrible.
Staff seemed non existent
No spa services or restaurant on weekdays.
No housekeeping
